Service horrible management is unprofessional. I called twice and put it on hold forever just to not get anything done. I called with instructions I had the girl repeat 3 times to get everything I asked for messed up. Dry boneless spare rib tips, over sauced soggy chicken ( which he said is half the sauce on a regular order) I asked for fried hard light sauce. I asked for no onions in my rice I’m allergic to bean sprouts but onions at the bottom. After hanging up the first time because the first person acted as though he didn’t understand what I was saying. I called back when I opened the spare ribs. And then called back bad enough it took an hour. They don’t have to worry about my services and I have been going to them for 9 years. Never complained because they didn’t mess up often but to not make it right is crazy. Just greedy and trying to keep people's money.

Very unproffessional. they Canceled my order bc they cant "deliver upstairs" well okay, had i known, id figure it out.. but not cancel it without a heads up....who does that??...i literally didnt make dinner since i waited for them... now I gatta whip something together for bed. Ya gatta do better man??♀️

New help is the pits. Over a period of multiple weeks now we had received nothing but problems with the new people answering the phones and taking orders. The delivery driver is the same for many years and last time when he delivered he, himself said the new help didn't know the system. We have been going there for over 20 years and have decided to move on and seek our Chinese food from one of the many other Chinese restaurants in the area. Luckily there is a healthy dose of options out there so finding a new restaurant shouldn't be too difficult.

Chinese restaurant I really like it but people are not that friendly. They don’t really smile, they look sad all the time price a reasonable I really like the food taste wise is good overall there a good Chinese restaurant.
