New World Chinese Restaurant

It was my 1st time so I didn't know what to expect... service was so so, place was as hot as an oven but good was pretty good, better than I expected. I will be returning to try other dishes.

One of my top go-to spots for Chinese takeout!! The portions are HUGE and you can tell the ingredients are all super fresh.

They stay messing up orders for delivery and there’s no sense of urgency. They messed up and they don’t even apologize. Go food, but you’re better off picking it up

Second time buying food in this store. The focus of my review is the lady who received the orders. How disrespectful and lack of empathy with customers she has. She is the kind of people that consider that customer are not important if someone don’t buy her someone else will do it. So, that give confidence to treat customer disrespectful. That is the reason I won’t choose the store. This Chinese restaurant MUST understand that a lady on the front is the face of the RESTAURANT and how she treats us as customers represent if will be back or not.
Unfortunately, even when the food taste good and the restaurant looks clean, because HOW BAD SHE TREATED I won’t be able to go back.

Terrible service . Waited over 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I had to call back twice and both times I was told the driver was on his way. After asking to be reimbursed for food that would obviously be freezing cold. I was hung up on. Good food is never worth crappy service.

The food and environment is just as gross as the Asian lady's attitude; the woman working in the front. Typical.... This is why I don't eat there or give them my money anymore. She's disrespectful and I assure that I will never recommend anyone to eat here. Health Dept. should check in. You think I will give you my money when the food is gross and your attitude is worse! ZERO STARS! SAVE YOURSELF AND GO TO ANOTHER CHINESE RESTAURANT!

The worst home service, an hour and a half waiting for an order ???

Ordered for 1 person, I'm 5 minutes down the road, waited 1 hour, called them and they said he's around the corner, waited 15 minutes more and canceled the order, as i had to drive and lose my parking spot at night, to another place to order and wait, I finally get a call from delivery guy but told him I canceled it....1 hour and 30 minutes to get steam chicken, plain rice and steamed dumplings
