I’ve been coming to this gym for a while and I have to say the best person to make your shake is Dante. Recently they hired new works and the shakes just aren’t the same anymore. I stopped getting them. The new workers need to step it up.
Dante is the best, 10/10 customer service he always manages to out a smile on my face. Absolutely love his shakes !!
Okay let me start with, best smoothie ever. But that’s because my guy Dontay is a beast with the smoothies. But that’s because he does it with love n sprinkles a little bit of that energy he has. I swear this guy brings such a positive energy to that gym. If I ever walk into the gym feeling down I can definitely count on him to bring my mood up. Hope he never leaves 🤗
I usually enjoy coming here, but my recent experiences with a new employee have been disappointing. His attitude and approach to customer service could use improvement. On two separate occasions, I waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without assistance, and both times I had to look for him to get help with my order. It seems like he may not be fully engaged in his role, and I hope management can provide guidance or training to improve the customer experience.
Worst customer service always. The ppl behind the counter are very rude and nasty. The shakes are mediocre and they use rotted food. Literally disgusting!

The two young girls that were making smoothies, decided to close it early because they didn’t Want to stay late to clean up any mess. Which seems kind of odd if you wanna make money?

if the kid with the man bun is there just keep walking, attitude sucks and he can't make drinks without forgetting ingredients. Likes to talk under his breath a lot but won't man up and speak up. Surprised he still works here.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it tasted a bit off, unnatural and overly sweet, but it was good overall.
Recently have been to the LA fitness to work out. I needed something very refreshing. They made my drink very fast and prices and good for what you are getting. The workers are all young but they know what they are doing. I promised them to write a good review. Very professional and POLITE. Something you don’t get from teens nowadays. Come here!!!
I used to workout at LA Fitness but not anymore. But I still come here for my morning breakfast and dinners. Friendly staff, especially the boys and the manager. I come here for my green smoothie needs... The Nutriblast or I create my own with spinach or kale. When I'm watching my macros, I substitute my meals with those smoothies or their yummy meal replacement shakes (the berrylicous and banana split are my fav!). I might buy a meal or two for my lunch to take to work or for my dinner if I'm not in the mood to cook. I recommend their salads, yogurts, turkey lasagna, turkey chili, mini bites, wraps and Thanksgiving dinner to name a few. ?
Worst customer service ever. First of all attitude problem from one of the employees i have encountered. That I was able to sweep under the rug. But I bought shakes from Nrgize every day since I’ve became a member of the gym nearly 6 months ago. The other day I accident dropped my untouched shake in front of the employee who made my shake which is the same person who has an attitude problem. She saw me when I dropped my shake and she knew it was not touched. I said to her, “ I am sorry for the mess. Can you please provide me with some napkins and please make me another shake?” Her reply back to me was “sure but I’ll still have to charge you”. Honestly it was my fault and I was planning on paying for it anyways since I have an account with them I was going to tell her to deduct it from the account. However, I did get upset and asked her “ why would you charged me if you see I dropped the whole shake?” Her response was “well is not my fault so for that I’ll have to charge you”. She was absolutely correct it wasn’t her fault but as a courtesy she could have offered not to charge me. I’m pretty sure had I been in a restaurant or even a Starbucks. It would had been a different scenario. Therefore, in a blink of an eye they lost a faithful customer who use to replenish her account every week with $50.
