Went to outback to celebrate my brother's birthday. We had a great welcome and wonderful waitress 💪, my three brothers were somewhat satisfied with their drinks, while I had a Heineken (fast drink service by the way)... the appetizers were good (mild wings, hot wings, pouched onion and loaded fries). Now the entrees 🤦♂️ i had the steakhouse mac n cheese made 60% black pepper 38% ramen noodles and 2% cheese. The asparagus was 50/50. I ordered the NY strip medium rare..... it came out more rare than seeing an eclipse 🥲. Seeing my brother across the table playing tug of war with his over cooked steak..... His over cooked steak was more tough than a dark souls 3 boss fight.... his chicken looked like one of those left behind glazed donuts at 7elven surprisingly he actually somewhat enjoyed the chicken....so yeah ......NO

We did enjoy the bread 🥖 some of us had the coconut shrimp, and were pleased. Others were happy with their Burgers . The wait staff was courteous and efficient. Our issue is with the food , specifically the steak 🥩 over cooked and dry. We were also very surprised with the presentation . Our plates had the steak and French fries…… Thats it ! No vegetables or garnish or even any sauce 🤷🏼♀️ besides the ketchup for the fries. We expected more from a steakhouse.

Everything was perfect! My twin lobster tails were cooked to perfection! Our Server was very attentive and professional! From the Woman that seated Us, to the Woman who brought Our food out, it was an awesome experience! We'll definitely return to this location when in Yonkers!
Where do i begin, first we arrive there(party of three), we received our silverware wrapped in the napkin. Upon opening 2 or the 3 silverware was dirty, they replaced those the second batch of 2 we received had food still on them, as if they never washed them from the previous useage. Now lets move to the food, the Bloomin Onion was deep fried so long is was dark and burnt. For our main dishes, wings, which was fried in old oil and taste like many different types of food that they fried, I told manager the best part of this meal was my Dr. Pepper, celery sticks and blue cheese, felt like a White Castle burger would have been a better food choice. Then my son had the Outback steak, medium well, hard, burnt an chewy, like it was well done, fries and broccoli, which was cold. Now the manager took off the wings from the bill and insisted on making a new batch of wings, great gesture, but at this point i couldnt trust anything at this place. So my wing proffessional son who took a bite out of the first batch of wings and immediately spit it out, dared taste the managers version of wings when we left in car, and his comment was at least that batch was edible, but he has definitely had better in other places. Long story short, unfortunately this place has gone way down to the bottom of the barrel in food quality. Save your money go to Arbys or Wendys next door.

I went here several times for takeout, on Valentines day I went to pickup my online order and standing next to the bar, I kept seeing mice running in and out of the kitchen. I pointed it out to the staff, who ignored it.

I want to say I wasn't sure about how the day was going to turn out after not quite liking the cook on a steak I had ordered but to my delight I had an amazing waitress named Samantha. She made the whole experience wonderful and worth while. She apologized and took my steak away right away and replaced it with one that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back with the level of service provided. Definitely went above and beyond. She is phenomenal!

Food was horrible, I had a 11 ounce steak.wanted it medium well,it was over cooked and tuff.The loaded potatoe was nasty. They never once ask me if I was ok and I believe that he notices it wasn't right.
