Went there for dinner and being a fan of this restaurant I must say I was disappointed. The service was horrible, the food lacked in so many areas. I asked for a glass of ice water with lime and received a glass of Luke warm water no lime. This is by far the shittiest location. There’s another one in Yonkers with way much better service and ambiance. None beat the one in NEW JERSEY though.
Delicious and the food was great. The service was awesome.
The place is to noisy ,not to clean, dust on the top of dividing walls ,food was tasty but to pricy, and should be more hot

Really wanted to love this restaurant but 3 is the highest that I could give. Food came super slow. Ordered sushi as appetizer but no soy sauce came with it. Asked for the sauce but no small dish plate to mix wasabi and the sauce... And what made this review low is the rice, it's not fully cooked! We understand it's a thought time but this is not a service we expected. With the price we pay, we could go anywhere.
Understaffed. Blows compared to the Boca location. Need more staff, better draft selection, food served hot !
From the moment you come to that place they give you a pleasant feeling. Very hospitable crew, it is a good place to pass time with friends or with your date. delightful cooking, specialist chef, comfortable pay and nice service. Warmly recommended.
Ordered online. My first time.. Was told 20 minutes. Arrived to pick up 30 minutes after calling first only to find the restaurant empty and the open kitchen empty. A group of 4 walked in behind me and walked out after no one came out. After at least 5 minutes four young men came out from behind the kitchen area. I then had to wait because my dumplings had not been done. Dishes were flavorless and under done. ?
Good time outdoor dining!
Ordered takeout on Mother’s Day. I put the order in at 5:20 and they said pick up was at 7:30. Basically a two hour wait but that was fine I understand because it was a holiday. When I get there it was chaos. A lot of people waiting for food they had ordered at 3:00 and still hadn’t received at 7:30. There was no social distancing and everyone was mad about not getting their food. I finally decided to leave when my food was still not done at 9:38. I waited all this time to not get my Mother’s Day dinner. Will not do that again.

This place has great food, absolutely delicious!!!
Horrible service!quality of food was not great. If they moved any slower they would be backing up. Spent over a 115 and for the poor service management gave me a lousy 25.00 to make up for it Pathetic.
Walked in sat down for 2.5 minutes then got up and walked right out . I've dined numerous times at both West NY & White Plains locations and was literally shocked at what I experienced at Ridge Hill. The floor was sticky by the entrance which reminded me of a High school lunchroom . The seats were dirty and after I wiped it off myself noticed that there were used condiment wrappers , napkins and food under another table. We got up and went right across the way to Cheese Cake Factory . I don't know what's going on with management at Ridge Hill but I can guarantee you one thing We will NEVER be back and after reading some of reviews sadly we aren't the only ones.
As always, the food was great. I've eaten here several times since they opened a few years ago. The atmosphere is always intimate and friendly. Our waiter, Lemar was so friendly and helpful. I spoke with the manager also; he was very concerned that everything was just right. On to the food! For starters, we had the Fried Pork Dumplings and Pork Eggrolls. For our entrees, I had the Pepper Steak with a side of Fried Rice and my husband had the Crispy Honey Chicken with a side of Fried Rice--no carrots. For drinks, we both had Pomegranate Lemonades. I have no complaints about the taste and presentation. The appetizers were a perfect start to a good meal...flavorful without being heavily seasoned. I loved the spiciness of my entree and my husband said his dish was just the right sweetness from the honey. As always, we both loved the Fried Rice...almost perfection. The drinks were a perfect refreshment with lunch...we each had another after our meals. With that said, my only critique is that the food temperature could be hotter, as most times that I have eaten here, food is always served warm. For that, I took away 1 star. I will revisit soon.
The customer service was perfection loved every moment will go back again
