From the moment you walk in, the food looks delicious and the smell is amazing — but that’s where the good part ends
Once you start ordering, the portions are shockingly small, and when the food actually arrives, it looks completely different from what you expected. Most of the dishes are either burnt, rubbery, or dripping with oil.
The steak was paper thin and practically soaked in grease instead of being juicy or flavorful. The chicken, which I thought would be roasted, looked like something microwaved instead.
With the exception of the broccoli beef, every protein dish was disappointing and poorly cooked. Overall, the food was a major letdown despite the restaurant’s promising first impression.

Got food today, I ordered white rice with teriyaki chicken. The rice was half cooked, tons of hard rice along with mushy rice. It was dusgusting, the chicken was wet like it wasn’t fully cooked and didn’t taste like chicken. Total waste of money

The usual cashier at this place is very mean and nasty. She also appears to have a serious attitude issue or problem with people of a certain background. Moreover, she doesn't have a problem with putting her hands on customers.

The food here is good but the reason I give it a 1 star it has nothing to with the staff however it’s more of how this store is run the staff is insanely over worked it took me 40 min to get my food management has to do a better job

This location is the best for food. There is always a lot of customers so the food is always fresh and tasty. Service id always great staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. My favorite staff member is Mike he works the cashier. Always kind and goes above and beyond about his job. Establishment is always clean and staff goes above and beyond for customers.
I placed online order for family pack of 5 items. Online order showed completed on my order but I didn't receive email. So I quickly drove to the restaurant, sever asked me to wait 5 minutes, packed my food and gave it to me. I took it home and realized it's missing one item. I drove back and explained, another server gave me the item in much smaller box than I paid for. At this point I was unhappy and I asked them to give me my item and give me something extra for inconvenience. They made me wait another 15 minutes and ended up give me something extra. I was kind of feeling ok now. But at home eating extra alone didn't seem to be fun. Just not happy when someone wastes an hour of my time. Nothing seems to compensate for wasted time. I prefer not to go here again after this experience but my kid likes their food.
