I love this place, but it’s hard to justify over $13 for two kids’ portions of no-sugar-added crème ices. They taste like good quality ice cream that someone accidentally left out, refroze, then left out again, and refroze once more. Still, I have to say, they’re delicious ?…

Drove about 30 minutes to this establishment while visitings my sisters from out of town. Arrived a little before ten, a group of four. It being my first time I took about 5 minutes to go over the menu. My sister requested to try two flavors. While handing her the second sample, the server says “Just letting you know, it’s only two samples per group”. I was disappointed, being it was my first time and there was a lot to choose from. My sister asked “so they can’t try any?” And she said no. She told us they were closing in 3 minutes. The google maps shows the place being open until 11:30. Because of this, I felt rushed, I promptly ordered a basic flavor In fear of not liking the more unique ones. We then went to our car to eat our ice cream. We were there for about 15 minutes after receiving our order, in which over 5 cars came in and ordered, so I was confused as to why we were rushed. We were polite with the staff when they greeted us, I had my 7 year old sister with me. Very odd and disappointing interaction. My sister says she has gone with groups of friends before and never had this issue. Sad this was my experience. Ice cream was okay!

Lots of flavors to choose from and they make a variety of sundaes and shakes. They even have sugar free flavors. Great place to get a sweet treat that'll help cool you off. The staff is friendly, usually teenagers, but they work efficiently. There are picnic tables set out in front of the store so you can sit and enjoy your treat if you like. The line gets very long in the summer time so I usually buy a quart of my favorite - pistachio creme ice so I don't have to go back frequently. Plenty of parking spaces, it's in a strip mall with several other stores.

Took my kids to get a treat after school. The lovely girls (Michelle and Cathryn) were friendly and helpful. I got chocolate ice and my kids got birthday cake and cotton candy (their absolute fav). Love coming back here.

i’m not even gonna lie this is my FAVORITE place to get italian ice.. BUT literally for some reason instead of getting cotton candy ice i got bubble gum and this happened two times now ? i just want my cotton candy italian ice
