Lots of flavors to choose from and they make a variety of sundaes and shakes. They even have sugar free flavors. Great place to get a sweet treat that'll help cool you off. The staff is friendly, usually teenagers, but they work efficiently. There are picnic tables set out in front of the store so you can sit and enjoy your treat if you like. The line gets very long in the summer time so I usually buy a quart of my favorite - pistachio creme ice so I don't have to go back frequently. Plenty of parking spaces, it's in a strip mall with several other stores.

Took my kids to get a treat after school. The lovely girls (Michelle and Cathryn) were friendly and helpful. I got chocolate ice and my kids got birthday cake and cotton candy (their absolute fav). Love coming back here.

i’m not even gonna lie this is my FAVORITE place to get italian ice.. BUT literally for some reason instead of getting cotton candy ice i got bubble gum and this happened two times now ? i just want my cotton candy italian ice

Again we were told that they can not scrape the sugar free ices because it was frozen. They need to put the sugar free in a different freezer.Very disappointing.

I stopped by today to get a ice on this hot day. The girl behind the counter was very pleasant. The ice was pretty good but a little pricey $5.50 for a small. Plenty of parking which is a plus, and a seating area which is good. Overall it's okay for what it is.

Went here yesterday for the first time. Had the pistachio hard ice cream and did not care for it. Seemed artificially greed with these gummy like green candy pieces. What? The ice cream itself was ok but wound up spitting out the nuts and gummies. I may give the place another try but with a basic flavor like choc or vanilla. Artificially green not greed.

i ordered a strawberry sundae and received a cup of ice cream with whipped cream. That is not a sundae. When i called to complain i was told that this is a sundae because it had whipped cream on it. EIGHT DOLLARS FOR A SMAILL CUP OF ICE CREAM IS EXCESSIVE. What is more annoying that i attempted to reach the owner or manager and was unable to do so. I am very disappointed as i did like their ice cream

If you want some good ices, this is definitely the spot. They have the best flavors ever. My go to is passion fruit twister which they add their delicious ice cream to it. Their price is reasonable. If you pay by card, they charge a percentage for using a debit or Credit card. The only thing the girls can do is make sure the counter top is clean because most of the time the counter is sticky and gross. Other than that THIS SPOT IS THE GO TO!

I was recommended to come here and it didn't disappoint. So many options to choose from and the chocolate chip cookie sundae was delicious.

coming here ruined my whole night . i came here and asked for an Italian ice and a banana smoothie . i got the ice and was still waiting for my smoothie . i proceeded to pay and the girl and it came up about $18 . i thought it was odd that it was that much but didn’t question it. before i handed her my money i repeated again that i have a banana smoothie . i thought everything was fine until they came back with a banana split sundae . i said i asked for a banana smoothie and the girl looked so upset at me . i walked away and she asked me if i still wanted the smoothie and i said yes . then she asked me if i still wanted the banana sundae so i took it since i paid for it . the sundae started dripping all over the place as soon as she handed it to me . i waited for the smoothie and i was under the impression it was free but i guess that was my fault for assuming . i would have never took the sundae if i knew i had to also pay for the smoothie . overall just a bad experience for me .

I came here with friends on Dec 3rd. In my entire life I’ve never had worse food poisoning this bad. All of my friends and I have been Throwing up for the past 24 hours. Never again will we come back. Please clean your machines and check expiration dates. We’re in so much pain.
