Rancho Grande Yonkers

Came for my parents’ anniversary and was disappointed. Food and drinks weren’t good, but the server was very nice. Probably won’t return

I had been going to Rancho Grande for a while. No complaints… until now. I decided to go after work and unfortunately, I saw multiple roaches on the bar counter.

I could not even finish my drink. The owner came over and said it was because of the garbage, which was under the bar and pleaded for me to sit in the main dining area. I respectfully told him no, very politely. I left immediately and thankfully, was not charged for anything. They definitely need an exterminator. ASAP.

The food is ordinary to unsatisfactory. The service is the pits. The atmosphere is so-so. We sat down somewhat immediately just shy of 8pm. Our order was finally taken at 9:20pm. The food was served at 9:32pm. I was so hungry that I devoured the food in 20 minutes. Then, it took 30 minutes until he came to take the dishes away.

I'm a black american ER doctor and the service was absolutely terrible. Waiter was racist and gave poor service all around. Waiter spent most time at all other tables and took a year to bring our food out. Furthermore, his attitude was detestable. When taking an order, the waiter should learn to listen rather than speak over you. Offended to the highest degree. Would not recommend to anyone.

The ambiance is lovely, and the tequila and mezcal selections are excellent. I highly recommend it.

Check your food before you leave. They change the menu at will, you’re expecting a boneless meal and it’s not. The hostess is not a friendly person needs to find another job that doesn’t involve people. Not a happy customer

We went here for my gf birthday as a party of 8 the service was good , the food was good a little on the pricey side. I definitely would recommend them for a good meal or an event

we were searching food near by and we searched up Mexican restaurants and we decided that it looked good so we went …biggest mistake but NEVER again will I do that mistake again the food is average and the service is good BUT the lady in the front is so rude with her big eyelashes didn’t even say bye or nothing and for it being that expensive I would expect 100% good customer service too expensive for mediocre food and they CHARGED FOR THERE OWN TIP even tho we were like 3 people???

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I had not gone there since 2017, and perhaps I should have let it stay that way. My partner and I went w/ our 1 year old. While I used the disgusting bathroom, she asked for a high chair and the guy simply replied no. Other people arrived well after us, and their orders were taken first. When I got back from the bathroom, no one had come to even say hi other than the resounding no to the high chair. Not only is this restaurant well past its shelf life, it is delapilated, dingy, dirty and the servers are biased and rude. Never again !!!

Food was mediocre, service was great, atmosphere was fun. Live singing and dancing, but a bit too loud to have conversation. The mojitos were very strong.
