Food was bland. And service was not great or nice. They said things in Spanish about customers in front of other patrons who spoke Spanish and said rude things. Would not go back.

I have eaten here for years and have never had a bad meal.
The place is big and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the food is tasty and the portions are pretty generous.

A Cockaroach crawled out of the person's guacamole sitting next to me and I almost threw up. Catching a glimpse of the kitchen and you will never eat there again. the service and staff is very friendly but the owner is horrible not a nice person. Also I Observed the bar manager yelling at the staff all the time. the quality of the food is bad and HAS Gotten worse over time I will no longer eat at this location because I'm afraid of getting bugs in my food. I used to be a regular and now i wont eat the food

I decided to celebrate my mom’s birthday here after seeing a presentation on TikTok, but unfortunately it was very misleading. The host at the front was on her phone the entire time. When my fiancé tried to ask her a question, she made him wait while continuing a personal phone call—it clearly wasn’t urgent, as he could hear the entire conversation.

The food was okay—very fresh, but lacking flavor. Be aware that they charge for everything. They even charged $3 per person at our table just to sing “Happy Birthday,” despite the fact that we brought our own cake.

I chose this restaurant because the prices online seemed reasonable, but the menu appears to be outdated. Our total bill came to $360, and it honestly wasn’t worth it. We could have gone to several other restaurants for less money and better food.

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, but overall, I wouldn’t come back.

Came for my parents’ anniversary and was disappointed. Food and drinks weren’t good, but the server was very nice. Probably won’t return

I had been going to Rancho Grande for a while. No complaints… until now. I decided to go after work and unfortunately, I saw multiple roaches on the bar counter.

I could not even finish my drink. The owner came over and said it was because of the garbage, which was under the bar and pleaded for me to sit in the main dining area. I respectfully told him no, very politely. I left immediately and thankfully, was not charged for anything. They definitely need an exterminator. ASAP.

The food is ordinary to unsatisfactory. The service is the pits. The atmosphere is so-so. We sat down somewhat immediately just shy of 8pm. Our order was finally taken at 9:20pm. The food was served at 9:32pm. I was so hungry that I devoured the food in 20 minutes. Then, it took 30 minutes until he came to take the dishes away.

I'm a black american ER doctor and the service was absolutely terrible. Waiter was racist and gave poor service all around. Waiter spent most time at all other tables and took a year to bring our food out. Furthermore, his attitude was detestable. When taking an order, the waiter should learn to listen rather than speak over you. Offended to the highest degree. Would not recommend to anyone.
