I love chicken teriyaki and lomein. This is a good place to go to after roaming the mall!

Always consistent good food.
Small place with a few seats but it's mainly a take out spot .
If you don't know what you want when you get to the counter the often angry women at the register will show her displeasure.
If you try to order a small soda she will tell you they don't have a small, only large. This has happened multiple times and seems like it's a ploy to upsell a larger soda.
At the end of the day the food is always good and we enjoy getting takeout from there.

Great bento!!

Ordered here because looked really busy lots of takeout and people sitting in. Got the beef bento box. Really not impressed. Came with three dumplings no sauce for them. White rice and fried beef. Supposed to have teriyaki sauce. No came with it. Fried beef with a burnt flavor. Will no be returning.

Been to a few Sarku and seen Indians/Mexicans cooking the food, if I go to Sarku JAPAN I expect to see Japanese workers this one had all Japanese staff as far as I can tell, quick service, tasty food, cleanly environment

Food was tasty, good portion, and fast. Services was mediocre but thats just there culture, very rare to see these individuals greet you with a smile. Anywho, place was clean and had tables to sit and enjoy your food but it was a beautiful day and we ate in the outdoor courtyard of the mall.

I love Sarku Japan as I’ve been to many locations. However, this is my first time coming to this location. Opening time is 10:30am. I came to the mall early in need of some things for my upcoming trip. Upon leaving the mall, I came across Sarku Japan at 10:25 and Dec to wait outside for opening. As soon as the doors opened I was denied service because no one was there prior to opening. Staffing and scheduling is terrible! I wasn’t even offered a discount or coupon or nothing for the inconvenience and faulty on their part. Terrible customer service !

Great food. Bad service lady behind the register knows exactly what she’s doing to confuse you with the brown rice and fried rice they are both brown (color) she gets loud with customers about the confusion she creates and the guy behind the grill supports her behavior tours customers. Hopefully they hire people with better customer service. They at the wrong job.
