Best Halal Place in town. Food and service is great.
Great food great price great staff
Great food great service
Today was my first time at Shah’s Halal Food & it was DELICIOUS!!! The portions & taste are great. I’ll definitely be back.
Finally a place in Chicagoland that does the Halal chicken and rice the right way. I also tried the chop cheese which was authentic out of Brooklyn. This is the only place doing it right in the area. Today was probably my 8th time there since they’ve opened. Great place, keep it up. *The other new place is all show and no taste or class for that matter.
They were friendly and the service was fast. That was the best burger I’ve had in a long time. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft in the middle… 👌🏽 (chefs kiss)
Everything was very fresh and tasted terrific. The portions sizes were appropriate for the price. The staff was above and beyond friendly.

I recently visited Shah Halal at Cypresvägen 4, and my experience was disappointing. The wait time exceeded 30 minutes with no clear queue system, and it was frustrating to see guests who arrived after me being served first. Ultimately, I had to give up without being served.
Must say by read the reviews I was in the area and was hungry, pictures and reviews made me saying to myself to check this place, I must admit, I usually goes little further to place call "falafel place", but today I decided to try this place because the pix looks like the food is delicious, we ordered 1 chicken gyro and 1 falafel gyro, I will start with the good things: the place is clean, staff are welcome and friendly, salads looks very fresh. BUT the chicken shawarma was kinda dry, I'm living in the bronx and we got many food trucks that sell the same, but they all making the chicken gyro really juicy, the gyros was little dry to me also [also to my friend who came with me, by the way he is originally from Lebanon, so he know few things about this dish]. My falafel was ok, it was good taste but also kinda dry, like I said we usually going down the road to falafel place so maybe I use to they falafel over there that always crispy from outside and juicy from inside, I will might give it once more chance but for 1st experience food wise we both was little disappointed... if not the lovely service I would probably give it like 2 stars...
