Food and drinks are delicious, I mean it's fast food-but definitely order ahead to save yourself a long wait.

I guess coming here at 9pm you're gonna get not so friendly service. We stood at the counter with 2 young ladies infront of us. One opening up boxes and the other packing empty plastic containers. Not hi, hello or can I help you, not even I'm not the person cashing you out tonight. Nothing! I'll still return tho.
Burgers are decent though relatively small. Service is good though eating area could be improved since I found it a bit cramped. But good place the gerba quick bite while shopping.

Whenever I go into a Shake Shack, I love customer service and how clean the place is. My daughter lives up here now, so we went together and enjoyed our meal.

We were looking for a late night snack. The staff was amazing. The food not so much! Our burgers had way too many large gristle. And my berry lemonade was a bit bland.

Burger was very good, however the price just can't compete with other burger places, it is expensive. Food took a while to come out, but it was very busy to be fair to the restaurant.
