Excellent Shake Shack location with plenty of parking, great service, and a very delicious burger. Food was fresh, even with a line we didn't wait very long.

Yikes, filthy. Picked up a takeout order and the lettuce was rotten and black, yet they still served it. The staff is really kind here but the expediter's nose was filthy, so much so, I wouldn't let him handle the lettuce replacement. I wasn't expecting much because it is a mall location but this store could use a good cleaning and a little TLC

Rican (the manager) is rude, she shouldn’t be dealing with customers

Great Fresh Burgers- fries are super yummy with cheese on top.
Also their chicken sandwich is amazing!!! i add cheese on it for the extra flava!

Food was decent. Indoor dining area was GROSS. Had to clean our own table. Food splattered all over the wall and on the floor. You'll get a text that your order is ready, then to be told it's not.

Even when things are crazy, even on a holiday when I'm sure no one wanted to be in, the staff busted their ass and made some incredible food for so many people in such a timely manor. Truly incedible

If u want to be disappointed go to this place 😒 I wounder how can they messed up a burger 🍔 but they managed to do that..... with like 20 people working behind the counter there's 0 accountability for anyone

Burger was very good, but the onions which I ordered were missing which was a shame still it was a very good experience and everyone was friendly. I would definitely visit again and hopefully then everything works out..

Food and drinks are delicious, I mean it's fast food-but definitely order ahead to save yourself a long wait.

I guess coming here at 9pm you're gonna get not so friendly service. We stood at the counter with 2 young ladies infront of us. One opening up boxes and the other packing empty plastic containers. Not hi, hello or can I help you, not even I'm not the person cashing you out tonight. Nothing! I'll still return tho.
