They up-charge for any milk. I’ve experienced this with different baristas and was told today that “the owner requested we charge for all milks”. I ordered a macchiato for $7 which l, if prepared as a macchiato it includes milk..but was then charged in addition to milk. I could understand being up-charged for almond or oat milk but this was whole milk.

Lil Spanish dude in the morning got so much attitude he needs a later shift made me 2 bagels when i asked for one and still made me pay won’t be returning if he’s there for sure gave me attitude when i asked for coffee too so i just left

Beautiful coffee shop, but HIGHLY overpriced. Paying $8 for a drink, and $5+ for a blueberry muffin feels absurd. The list of rules on the front door are overwhelming as well. There are a lot of other local more affordable spots- wish Sheeza would align more.

PLEASE READ MY REVIEW!!!! So it took me awhile to write this review because I wanted to give myself time to think about it. The prices are alil high but I don’t mind paying when food is good and SERVICE. The Service here was horrible and it’s sad because I’ve met the owner and I even supported this business at the Riverdale location. One of the ladies that were hired at this location charged me for a free item, I spoke to the mgt and nothing was done about it. So, I will not be giving my hard earned money to a business that doesn’t respect it and hires ppl that don’t represent the business well. It’s clearly a representation of the expectations of the business. I supported this business at least 3-4 times a week. Spending on average $15 a visit. That’s alil over $2K a year I spend btw the both locations! So I rather spend my money with another business who also support their customers. I hope you read my review and understand and focus on customer service with your employees. They will hurt your business. Thank you.
Editing my review… the “free item” was a paper bag. I was charged for a bag for my piece of cake. I contacted you after and asked if that was accurate since I have never been charged .25 for a bag. You said I was not supposed to be charged. It’s the principle and not the amount. You’re so stuck on money that you couldn’t even offer to refund me the money which was crazy to me. Being charged .25 for a bag is insane, I wonder how many others were wrongly charged by your untrained employer. So I decided to not shop your business again.

This place is great to go to for aesthetic purposes. I got rose lemonade and red velvet cake. The rose lemonade was eh, not very lemonade and tasted very rosy. The cake was too expensive for such little cake. The cake was filled with buttercream. It wasn’t that good.
Consistency is really good here, skater kid at the counter knew his stuff. I been here a few times with my coworkers and we look at it like a nice treat every now and then. Interior decor was really nice as well. Will be coming back on my own more often

Over priced. No working WIFI. White guy behind the counter had weird energy. My family and I came in and the guy lacked a warm welcoming attitude. Very pushy with getting us to order as soon as we came in. We needed time to settle in and check the menu. Also failed to mention the WIFI issue until after we made a purchase, although we were clearly up there setting up to do work. Waste of money
