The açaí was frozen and never mixed so it was like eating ice chips instead of creamy fruity textures didn’t have that taste of freshness the toppings are fresh but the açaí tastes per made and frozen like icee overall that lacked basic qualities like texture and taste. The açaí was not what I expected

Seems that management needs to stay more on top of things. Today I stood at the counter waiting to even place my order. No explanation from the lone employee. She just went off to make several online orders before even speaking to me or finding out what i wanted. This has never happened in all my years coming here so I’m hoping it’s an anomaly. But in a world that is increasingly making us feel unseen and unheard my presence should be recognized and respected and appreciated. If you want my continued support please fix this.

I live right by Sobol on central ave so I order from there often. Even though it is pricy i don’t mind because they usually give good portions. But this is my 4th time receiving an an Acai bowl that was barley halfway filled. I ordered this via ubereats so my bowl was $17 since i ordered extra strawberries. I don’t get any other fruits or toppings except strawberries and nutella and for my bowl to be halfway filled with acai for how much i pay?? This has happened in person too and i thought it was just because i ordered it near closing time but today I ordered 2 hours before they closed and i still received a barley filled bowl. Not worth the money

They made my order wrong i specifically said no bananas to be put in the frozen açaí mix and or on top of my açaí bowl due to me having an allergy, i also stated in the notes that they could use other frozen fruit as i used to work at a juice bar that made açaí bowls i have prior knowledge of making and açaí bowl without using frozen bananas. Once i tasted my bowl i knew instantly there was bananas and immediately started having an allergic reaction i contacted sol bol about the issue where they said they would have to request for me to speak to a manager or the owner, and then offered me a free bowl as if i would want another bowl. Due to this issue i had to leave work early and rush to the hospital. If you have an allergy i just suggest you go in person because they are not attentive to online orders or accommodating to allergy

The place is nice, I’ve had smoothies before and they’re pretty nice, today I had a açaí bowl and the frozen part is uneatable because it was way too hard. I had to seat there for like 30 minutes waiting for it to get softer. They have young kids serving and they do not give a damn about any complaints you might have.

Very clean location staff is very kind and welcoming. Bowls are very beautiful and delicious couldn’t ask for more !
Go to smoothie king instead. Bunch of kids managing the register and blender. Took all three of them to try and figure out how to offer a refund and still couldn’t do it. Best they could do was remake the watery smoothie and it still came out gross. They walked away from the register when they saw that I was not happy with their second cup. For $9 u can get something way better then minutes away

Hi! Your store hours indicated that you will be open at 7 am, however it’s 7:20 and no sign of life in there. I suggest you change your hours accordingly. Good açaí bowls though!!

I come to this location oftenly and for the most part I always have a good experience. Today was the exception, I order two smoothies, the pitaya plus and super green, that I usually order and the super green smoothie tasted SO bad. I’m not sure if the guy working there forgot to add some of the fruit but it tasted like coconut milk and spinach. I went back and asked him if there was any way to add an extra banana or some fruit to make it more flavorful and the guy dismissed me and said there is nothing he can do. I ended up throwing it away because it tasted truly disgusting. Worst smoothie I have ever had and I am a frequent costumer. I am truly disappointed.

Cashier is very rude, I heard that he told another customer that it was going to take a long time to make his order… (before the guy even place his order!!! Bc was very busy...& only two people in the store) then when he finished my order he put it on the counter without telling me.. (I just assumed it was my order) and left without even putting it in the bag. the WORST customer service I have ever had to experience in my entire life. will NEVER be back.
