Cashier is very rude, I heard that he told another customer that it was going to take a long time to make his order… (before the guy even place his order!!! Bc was very busy...& only two people in the store) then when he finished my order he put it on the counter without telling me.. (I just assumed it was my order) and left without even putting it in the bag. the WORST customer service I have ever had to experience in my entire life. will NEVER be back.

I got a strawberry banana smoothie here this morning and it has absolutely no taste. Tastes like milk - can't taste any banana or strawberry. Pretty high cost for a cup of milk. Also - I entered the store at 10:30 - empty on a Sunday morning, and I had to try several times to get the attention of the young woman working the storefront to take my order. I won't be returning - I'll stick to Playa Bowls where their food is tastier and their service is friendlier. They also don't charge extra for making adjustments on bowls...

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Overpriced for what you actually get. I went in the other day to get a acai bowl and first off the cashier said that the acai based was very soft what ever that meant. I wanted to substitute some ingredients and was told that it would be a charge for added ingredients. I usually go to PLAYA bowl, where they allow you to subsititue without an upcharge. At playa bowl, you get more and the price is cheaper. I only stop in to sol bowl because I was on Central Ave. I ended up not getting anything and went to PLAYA bowl. I really think yall should consider pricing for what you get and allow subsitiutions. If you added an item then charge extra, just a suggestion.

I had a pleasant experience at this cute, clean, and quaint location. The vibe is relaxed, bright, and inviting. Kudos to the cashier who patiently answered my questions as a brand new customer. I highly recommend the Acai Bowl and Very Berry Smoothie.

this has been one of the worst experiences for me, I've been recommended this spot from a friend a while back I decided to try it out. I arrived on Tuesday morning, first of I wasn't greeted while coming in, i noticed the employee was on their phone while coming out to attend me, a fat short light skin girl( to be specific) I was given attitude while placing my order, she did not have a smile whatsoever, I did not feel welcomed, to make matters worst I spotted a roach by their register which was absolutely disgusting, if I could give this place 0 star I would, the fruit I was given seemed days old, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE ELSE

Worst f****** place. I ordered through Grubhub and waited for almost an hour. Checked the app and it said delivered. I went to check and nothing was delivered. I called the restaurant and was told the order wasn't ready when the grubhub driver arrived so the driver left without taking the food. Restaurant took my money but never called me to report an issue with grubhub. I asked how could you take my money and not send the food and then I was told oh we didn't process the order but the food is ready now.. we don't know how to get it to you. I ended up having to call Grubhub to get a refund. Can't put no stars !

You don't feel encouraged to eat in there.The place is very cold. The AC is blasting, and the chairs are not comfortable to sit and eat. However, the Acai bowl I had is very fresh and delicious. The menu on the wall is very easy to navigate, and the photos of the products are very helpful to order on the first-time visits.The place is good for takeout. They have door dash uber eat and grubhub.Prices are not too high, and the products are good. All fruit wasn't frozen, and for the summer, it is healthier and refershing to eat acai bowl than ice cream.Vegetarian options: Yes dairy free smoothiesKid-friendliness: YesParking: In front the place there is a parking lot spacious and you can easily find parking

I have been coming to Sobol Yonkers for years preferring it to the New Rochelle location because it usually is very generous in its portions ensuring that the bowls are 100% filled. I ordered on the Sobol app today and was severely underwhelmed. It was not even close to being full. For over $10 a bowl, I typically get and would expect more. Disappointing that I did not get the same quality as I do when I order or pick up in store. The bowls are still delicious but just not what I have come to expect.

I came here for the first time ever this morning. The guy at the front desk was patient with me(I was overwhelmed with all the options lol) loved the store overall, have a beachy feel. Brightly lit and nice music playing. It was also very clean. I'm happy you can create your own options. It was delicious and I will be back. A new healthy option for my breakfast :)
Location has parking and is clean. The service was slow took us a while before we were serviced but quick to get the food once it was ordered. I have the app so i get my points! Spent $20 on two kid size bowls. Food was fresh but they were out of the sunshine, spirulina and pitaya bowls. They make thier own granola and the cookie butter is a great add to the meal. Credit card is an extra 4% charge.

made a quick stop at sobol yonkers on central ave to grab a large pineapplemango smoothie before i get to white plains and cool drink hit the spot. smoothies, fruit bowls , juices , cafe , etc, you cant do wrong with any pick. got a few acai bowls for my cuz and i which should hold us till dinner time. all of menu options fruit smoothies is still my favorite here.4.5 stars on my yelp meter.

I ordered food via grubhun at 8:40pm and it was canceled at 9:20pm. The restaurant closed at 9, so I am unsure what happened. Grubhub confirmed the restaurant canceled the order but neither myself nor grubhub could reach the restaurant to find out what happened. It's a pretty disappointing experience.
