Once again, the managers of this location have proven to me that they are racist. I left a bad review in Spanish and they deleted it. Yesterday, I went with my dog just to buy a coffee, along with my son, and only because my dog barked at someone who ran from outside. They asked me to go outside to wait for my coffee. With the heat like this, and my pug, I couldn't leave her in the car, she's dying of heat. This will be the last time I buy coffee from here. They can delete this post again, I will continue posting it until they apologized, I don’t think they will do.
My mother came home with a serious stomach ache that had her in the bathroom for hours. She explained that she used the creamer on the counter where the sugar and garbage is for public use at the Starbucks in Macy's. When she asked the Barista to pour off some of the coffee into the sink and add more creamer from behind the corner she insisted she couldn't and told my mother to use the public creamer. The creamer clearly went bad causing my mother to have a serious negative reaction. We've never been treated so unprofessional, dismissed and unhygienic service at this location before. This very disappointing and surprising.

I wanted in line for long time,I showed them coupon on my phone. The Starbucks app half price any drinks 。They said they are belong to Macy 。not a really Starbucks 。bad attitude 。

I placed an order online and when I go to pick it up, they made them with whatever they had in stock, so the drinks tasted different. I wish i could give them a 0. Horrible customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Nasty attitudes and when I ordered on mobile I went in to pick up my drinks but they weren’t even made yet. I waited 20+ minutes after it was “supposed” to be ready and that’s when they decide to tell me they don’t have the things to make the drinks I ordered. Many other people were having a hard time with their drinks not being exactly what they ordered and requested refunds. This store needs to do better with staff and their attitude as well as getting the correct items in the store in order to make these common and promoted drinks. Starbucks did not do well on this location and it shows. Replace the manager and staff. Better yet close down this location.
The made my paradise drink perfectly, I asked for no ice and she still made sure that my drink was cold.

It’s the same as what people say on here. The service could be better. I went with someone and they couldn’t get their name right so we stood there wondering who they were trying to call. The staff had an attitude and attempted to call out the name a couple times and eventually said “whatever”.

If I could give zero stars I would customer service is absolutely disgusting the young lady with the bun working this particular shift at 7pm July 29 at the register and preparing drinks with the bun yes you she got offended because I did not tip I can’t tip such a slow service on top of that she was rude as hell has a disgusting attitude she actually served everyone who was in the back of the line before she served me and she made my frap extremely hot that was definitely done on purpose I said thank you after I got my drink and she rolled her eyes at me and ignored me I’m glad I did not tip your horrific service if you hate people and you can not find it within you to do your job at least if not with respect then do it correctly I had to throw this entire drink away who gives someone a hot drink that’s supposed to be frozen it literally taste so awful I can’t believe she went through the trouble of blending it with no ice just to spite me over no tip I hope you get fired

It is a good one for me as I am driving by every Tuesday and Friday.
Customer service is horrible. I asked for a dragonfruit lemonade drink with extra fruit. The young Hispanic girl made a strawberry drink. I told her I didn't order strawberry. She confirmed it with the oriental cashier. The cashier told her she made the drink wrong. She became belligerent although she started to correct her mistake. As she was correcting her mistake, I noticed she put mango juice. I quickly ask her to only put lemonade. She start rolling her eyes making disrespectful comments. To my dismay, the cashier gave her wrong instructions. Both the cashier and the girl that make the drink was totally disrespectful towards me. I asked for the manager who wasn't present. I then asked for a refund. I would not accept this kind of behavior. I paid with my debit card. On the refund, the cashier initially only gave me $3.75 for a $5.61. They both was very hostile towards me. I'm over 60, this blanting disrespect should not be tolerated. The cashier stated Emily the manager would be there hours later.
