The current general manager is absolutely pleasant and very knowledgeable about beverages and his staff is very friendly and nice. I came in this morning and was treated very nicely.

I was told by a manger to make a purchase or leave which I was fine with and complied . I then made a purchase and was approached by the “manager” once again because he didn’t know I made a purchase and was spoked to once again before he realized I made the purchase. And I got a “oh I didn’t see” instead of a proper apology.

Today right before noon I visited Starbucks and the cashier Ant [guy with braides] seemed occupied with side conversations, giving out free food and "acting" like he was charging his friends right before me. I put in my order and he didn't get it correct so I had to tell Anthony [the server] and it seem like he had a problem. I asked "when we had special requests, do you see it?" & he said yes we're supposed to but if u didn't tell him then it's not noted. I told him that I did request it and maybe it wasn't noted because he was busy talking to his friends. Anthony response was "but u got your drinks right? Bye!" The only person who didn't seem bothered by my requests was Ivy. She was happy to help as for the two young men their attitudes was unnecessary, other customers witnessed this behavior and they should be embarrassed representing a big company like Starbucks like that. I've never experienced this kind of customer service ordering Starbucks. If it's an issue to accommodate a PAYING CUSTOMER, then they should be charging everyone and not pay attention to the customers who are getting free stuff. My coffee didn't come out how I requested & I was not trying to ask them to change it for me because of the attitude I received. Felt like a waist of money if you ask me!

Worst Starbucks store ever. Staffs are always chatting and not even paying attention to customers. My order never came out for about 15min, had to repeat it to three different staffs more than five times. And nobody apologized or said anything back when I repeated for them.
The next day when I went back they were out of everything whole milk, food, tea anything. I understand stock running out but again, the service and what they provided was terrible. Chai tea latte and latte tasted like water.
I would give 0, if I could.

The man who takes the order was very rude and also forgot my order, when I went to ask him he started laughing in my face making jokes with his partner, I definitely do not recommend this place

I had to stand next to the cashier waiting to order while she is having a fun conversation with the other worker and letting 6 people waiting for their coffee + me and a girl and a guy waiting to order our drinks. The girl and the guy left because they were very upset. I keept standing there waiting for her or him to ask start my order or start making the other 6 people orders. But nope they keept having a conversation standing next to the coffee machine. FINALLY i asked her are you closed ? Because there was no more disrespect than letting a customer waiting while not doing anything. She rolled her eyes on me and said NO WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE with an attitude. Like it was my fault. I finally ordered and went to take a seat waiting for my order. Two other girls were complaining aboit the same person. I hope whoever gave her the job. Rethink about it. Because of her i will never go back to that store. Neither the other customers.

I was there and I was very displeased to see the person who prepared my drink without gloves or a hat and to change the pants underneath that showed his boxer shorts, I understand their fashions but in a place where they prepare to eat that is disgusting and lacks hygiene. I don't know what happened that day but I feel very disappointed in the service.

I wish I could give this place zero stars yesterday when me and my friend went in to get some coffee the workers were sitting there carrying conversation while we were waiting to place an order the worker Dom just stood there talking to other workers and totoally ignored me and my friend he also made my drink wrong and barely put any syrup in my drink it was awful I wil contacting corporate and reporting this situation

It’s very sad to see how low this Starbucks has gone. It is extremely GHETOO. There were costumers waiting 30+ minutes for their drinks. Instead of them moving faster they started complaining and cursing to one each other instead of making the drinks. A costumer complained about his drink instead they made fun of that costumer for feeling bad for getting upset with them. This Starbucks absolutely disappointed me and I will NEVER purchase here again. No respect, no professional. Very disrespectful specially with those prices.

Very disorganized, long wait times and confusing workers that get upset by frustrated customers for no good reason. I don’t know what happened, used to be one of my favorites - respectfully do better.
