The employees at the register have to stop talking and work. I walked out because the employees clearly showed that they did not care how much time customers were losing just waiting. This location used to be great. Time to move on.

Horrible service and people! Harassing me to purchase something, although I go there all the time and was getting ready to purchase something and just wanted a cup of hot water to settle in and they made a big discussion about it – if they recognize that I was a cut of common sense will let them know that I was going to get something. I will never step in this. I’ve been too many Starbucks in my life and investing a lot in their product and the treatment I received was very poor.

I love this Starbucks except when one manager or supervisor or whatever she is is working. My family and I to to avoid going when we know she’s there extremely rude and negative energy Makes it unpleasant

Extremely noisy at times, customers loud and rude. Parents allow children to dangerously run roughshod throughout the café. Workers are great....maybe post signs encouraging customers to be responsible for their children.

I love the Baristas at Starbucks in Yonkers/Bronx River Road. My drinks are always on point. Yesterday I tried the summer skies frap and the took their time to make it picture/flavor perfect. Not all Starbucks are created equal LOL

Mimi and Eden perfect team players at Starbucks! They’re both amazing I travel very far just to come to this particular Starbucks where I know my beverage is going to be exactly as I like it to be. Mimi is amazing she is fast professional and always smiles, Eden is a gem he is literally an octopus so smart so helpful so professional and just brightens the day for everyone! He definitely needs to be rewarded for his work at Starbucks! This is a great Starbucks!

Do something about the air conditioning. It’s like the Arctic circle in there. Staff says they don’t have control over the temperature.

This used to be my favorite location even though I have several of these very close to my house I always go out of my way to go to this location .but lately it's been a bit frustrating I was going to ask for the manager the other day. Every time you go in there to the counter there is a delay in people coming to assist you for an order and there be like 8 or 9 people behind the counter doing different things but not attending to the customers in house. Quite a bit of chatter and playing around behind the counter when you have customers standing at the counter I don't appreciate it. And the fact that they see you standing there but don't really care. I think it's too many kids working there honestly it's the generation.Starbucks getting really nasty ,garbage is overflowing there's food and trash on the floor and tables dirty and the packets of sugar,milk are always running out not being replaced and everyone is horse playing behind the counter. The other day I was there same situation and no napkins they had the nerve to say they ran out of napkins. Management can go to the dollar store or across the street to CVS and get some like seriously I'm thinking the manager must be young as well they just don't care.

Amy is the most attentive, kind, sweetest person this Starbucks location was missing for a long time. She takes her time to get to know her customers, so much so, she always remembers my drink order, no matter how complicated it gets 😂I always look forward to dealing with her every time I come. 🩵🩵

My family and I have been coming here for years and the service is horrible. The staff are group up talking with themselves and not paying attention to the customer. One girl is on FaceTime on her phone and they all have their AirPods in their ears .. way to go Starbucks. You do not get this type of service in the city…

I will report them but they don’t wear name tags . Alan is the only one with a name tag and is working . The two Spanish and light skin ladies are always on their phones… stay far away from this Starbucks.

By the way this was Sunday at 1:50pm - 2:10 pm check the cameras..
