Worst location in the area. The line is always long and The cashier can never get the drink right: you have to repeat yourself as I did this time to make it iced. There’s one barista during the busy hours for in store and mobile orders . I had to watch my drink sit on the counter and the ice melted so it was a warm drink while she finished the cold drinks before us. I regret coming in here everytime I do

Worst Starbucks in the area even if you are a delivery person. They can’t get their hours right and be open when they are supposed to. Closing early or not open during open hours, forgetting items, messing up drinks, dirty bathroom and rudeness and not paying attention staff. No one is assigned to delivery n mobile orders. It’s always one person doing everything and they have an attitude. No one greets me asks who I’m picking up for. 5 people ignored me today for 5 mins. I finally had enough and asked the young lady with thick eye lashes on who was a barista making drinks to check if my uber eats order was ready to be picked up as I see all these Togo orders everywhere not bagged and behind the counter. One girl got pulled away from completing them and the other young lady with the huge lashes was ignoring me while mouthing off to her coworkers, managers with a idgaf attitude disrespectfully. I asked if she can please check if my order is there and she immediately responds With it’s not ready yet. I said how do you know it’s not ready you didn’t even ask me the name or what they ordered. Can you please check that drink because it’s a hot Matcha latte she walks over and checks that drink and said yeah that’s it but it’s not bad yet, and you’re gonna have to wait till I’m done with everybody’s order in the store. I’m busy. She mumbled something under her breath, very nasty and went back to doing what she was doing. I kindly canceled the order. I’ll let the next driver and Uber deal with it and I won’t be ordering from them as I usually do when I go to pick up orders because it’s actually very close to my house.. Sad I’d rather drive to the Starbucks that’s in Macy’s then come here

I place an order on a Saturday at 5:19 AM when the store said they open at 5:00 and waited till 5:50 AM and the store was still close. I could not get my order neither get a refund one of the worst place to order online.

Idk but it seems the changed their workers a few months ago and these new people do not know how to make the drinks. First time I got a drink from here when the workers were brand new my drink tasted like straight up water. Today I get a shaken espresso and it straight up has a burnt taste … super gross. Please teach these people to make coffee because starbucks is supposed to taste good, not be watery, burnt, and whatever else ??♀️
