Idk but it seems the changed their workers a few months ago and these new people do not know how to make the drinks. First time I got a drink from here when the workers were brand new my drink tasted like straight up water. Today I get a shaken espresso and it straight up has a burnt taste … super gross. Please teach these people to make coffee because starbucks is supposed to taste good, not be watery, burnt, and whatever else ??♀️
Just left a Starbucks… Customer Service was impeccable! Sadly, I only caught one of the workers names, but it was two of them absolutely amazing. Shoutout to Aliya and The other girl. Totally made my day, they have no idea!
The space felt small for how much traffic the location gets. If they store gets updated, definitely improve the ergonomics of the app order pickup bar. The staff were super sweet, friendly, and energetic! The drink was exactly what it was supposed to be.
