Drove 20 mins here, before closing and was refused service. Starbucks customer service has been total trash lately. I don't appreciate these type of treatments!!!

I like this location, the baristas were sweet and very helpful, my drink was good, the ambiance was calm and relaxed. (I wouldn't blame anyone for being grumpy working late on a holiday, but it was the opposite). Not sure about the bad reviews. This was one of my favorite Starbucks visits. Thank you to the 3 kind humans working tonight.

I went with my friend to buy a Starbucks at 5:40pm and the employee treated me contemptuously, didn't tell me anything, and ignored me multiple times. I think the kind of employees they hire, without education, fire them is disrespectful. thank you.

I got to Starbucks at 7:50, I left Starbucks with my drink at 8:08. I don't know what they do to my drink but sometimes when I go there the drinks are good but other times it just tastes horrible. Today, I got a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, and I think it was a new worker making my drink, but I swear my drink is just water down. I was watching here, and she put so much ice in it. When I left I thought the drink wasn't too bad but when I got into my car and tasted it it was just bad. I understand she might have been a new worker, but I don't know how the drink is this bad.

6:25 pm Starbucks workers laughing and working slowly while making orders wrong!!!!!! Laughing and talking heavily while making orders. Taking a whole 25 minutes just to get one drink to the table. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!!! I saw 5 unsatisfied customers having to complain about a drink and getting a refund because they can’t take instructions!! Please to do better training. Love Starbucks always but not this one ?
