I don’t normally go to this Starbucks, but every time I stop in, they treat me like I’m a regular! The customer service is always top-tier — the baristas are friendly, welcoming, and somehow always remember my name. Special shout-out to **Isaiah**, who is truly amazing at what he does.
Management runs this store impeccably — you can feel the organization and positive energy as soon as you walk in. The space is always clean, the atmosphere is warm, and even the restrooms are consistently spotless (which says a lot!).
If you want great drinks, great people, and a great vibe, this is definitely the Starbucks to visit. Highly recommend! ☕✨

I paid and didn't get my drink. Because I wanted delivery and didn't enter the correct option. That means I lost my money . Not fair. Im a senior citizen and Im a start bucks fan but this treatment is not right. ... I can't get a refund either. Unfortunately I can't go to the store because if my health. ..... and they are keeping the funds..., Central Avenue will never see me again

Very offputting experience here with paying and didn’t feel welcomed in general. Not the vibe to get work done at this location, theres always a lot going on. They don’t take $50’s which i personally never heard of. This is a place where drinks come out to $10 each lol and if you’re with mutiple people… forget about it. Question to the curt manager, if my bill was $48, am I allowed to pay with a $50. Or am I forced to put my card in still or just leave empty handed. Well now i understand why theres so many closures. Do better starbucks !

Google has this location listed as open at 5am. I arrived at 5:12am and the doors were locked. Both staff members ignored me as I stood outside trying to get their attention. The least they could have do e was acknowledge me and simply told me they were not officially open. I left because I needed to get to work. So rude.

Sofi is amazing! About 2 weeks ago I got locked out of my car with no phone. Sofi allowed me to use her phone to call AAA. offered myself and my kids food and drinks and kept on checking my AAA call status until the arrived. Sofi was empathetic, professional and just the beyond the best customer service that I've ever experienced

Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail set them apart from other locations. This location (2458 Central Park Ave, Yonkers, NY) deserves to be recognized for their outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction. They are a true example of what excellent customer service should look like, and I cannot praise them enough for the work they do.

I like this location, the baristas were sweet and very helpful, my drink was good, the ambiance was calm and relaxed. (I wouldn't blame anyone for being grumpy working late on a holiday, but it was the opposite). Not sure about the bad reviews. This was one of my favorite Starbucks visits. Thank you to the 3 kind humans working tonight.
