6:25 pm Starbucks workers laughing and working slowly while making orders wrong!!!!!! Laughing and talking heavily while making orders. Taking a whole 25 minutes just to get one drink to the table. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to!!! I saw 5 unsatisfied customers having to complain about a drink and getting a refund because they can’t take instructions!! Please to do better training. Love Starbucks always but not this one ?

The fact that there was only 2 people taking orders (online and in store) they struggled but pulled it off. I appreciate them for making my drinks even if I waited longer than I thought. Thank you guys!?they had an amazing attitude even with everything going on!

I go there everyday, I order through mobile because I only get a 15 min break, service is terrible. I always have to wait for my order n it’s only a coffee and a loaf, many times I have to go to the desk and ask for it! I’m not happy at all!

Had a horrible experience with service waited real 15 minutes for my order asked about 10 minutes later asked about it again 10 minutes later asked about it again so after 35 minutes with reluctancy I finally was able to come out the place with a cup of coffee.Coffee is ok, but waiting 35 minutes is not ok.
