Within about 5 seconds of entering the store, I spilled my entire venti iced coffee over my table and onto the ground. I felt so terrible and offered to clean it up but was told not to worry about it. The two gentlemen who cleaned up the whole mess in just a few minutes were extremely nice and reassuring. They even took my drink and made me a new one free of charge and someone walked over to my table and brought it to me! This was on 9/6 at about 4 pm, everyone working deserves a shout out for being very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you!

For the past four years, I have regularly placed large mobile orders for my employees and always stop in to pick them up. Since the drinks are numerous, I have routinely placed the provided stickers on the cups myself to help prevent spillage during transport. This has never been an issue in the past.
However, during my most recent visit, when I went to get stickers as usual, an employee (Vira? Veera?) scolded me in front of other customers, telling me I needed to ask first. It was not so much what she said, but the way she said it—her tone was belittling, and it left me feeling embarrassed. I could see other customers were also surprised by how harshly it was handled.
I truly enjoy Starbucks and appreciate the service I usually receive, which is why this experience stood out so strongly. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to ensure that customers—especially those who visit frequently and place large orders—are treated respectfully.

Starbucks is my favorite coffee and I always enjoy going to Starbucks because they have very good coffee and also good sweets. However, this is the first time that the coffee was a little more than half in the cup and not full, despite the fact that there is a lot of ice inside and I also specially added 3 extra espressos to make the coffee strong and delicious so that the ice does not dilute the taste. I thought it was a foamy beer when I went to pick up my order. I also ordered a chocolate croissant and when I went, they said they did not have it and instead they offered me an apple croissant. I agreed and they gave me a stuffed croissant. I refuse to eat anything. It is very sad that this is the first time that I have encountered such a situation in my favorite cafe and I hope it is the last.

I have order uber eats from here before and never had a problem but I just got my food and they didn’t even send me what I wanted the code wasn’t prepared like I asked for it to be and they send me something I didn’t even ask for and when I try to call they don’t answer I asked for a Ham & Swiss on Baguette and they send me something else

It's so frustrating to come in to get your food and come out to the car and the middle of the sandwich is ice cold but around the sandwich is hot. I understand that it's crowded and everyone is rushing but can you please take your time and heat the food completely?

Beautiful large space in a restored industrial building with a vibe descending from the original Starbucks in Seattle (yes, I was there in the late 1980s before their national expansion). What really makes this location is the staff; they are friendly and welcoming clearly enjoy what they are doing. That makes all the difference!
