I was here to pick up the order. When I’ve reached the cashier counter, he had that fake smirk on his face and when he looked up to me he said ‘give me a moment’ without even asking what are you here for. Then he didn’t respond to me until few minutes then I told him the name of the order.Fast forward,My order was already ready before even I’ve reached the restaurant. I’ve reached there by 12.40 and my order was handed over to me around 12.59. Wow!Such a poor service. The guy with curly hair not the one w specs. This is today in the noon, Feb 23!

I visited this place with my daughter to try it for the first time on 02/16/2024. As I approached the counter to order I was met with the worst customer service I have seen in a while. I ordered two cokes with our food and the lady only gave me one cup. When I ask for the other cup she said" you can take, is right there". When my order was completed she turn her back on me and didn't give me my receipt. She left it on the receipt printer. I had to ask for it. The customer experience needs work.

Genuinely havent had a bad experience yet. The food quality is amazing for a fast food experience and the staff is always so welcoming and sweet. I don't mind paying a little extra for a way better experience.

The food is good, the taste is great, and they have a variety of sauces. The Cajun fries are my favorite; they do tend to be a little too crispy at times. The chicken sandwich is basic but delicious, but it seemed cold. I guess that’s just from the pickles and cheese. Lovely staff; the place is not cozy, though. It feels cold in there, and the tables are not wiped down regularly.Parking: It is at the mall so plenty of parking

What can I say it's pretty good. Nothing out of the normal. Really just your normal chicken restaurant. The inside is nice nothing bad. Service is ok the wait time is longer than it should be (and yes when I went it was not busy).
