Report them to the FTC because filing a complaint to the company they don’t seem to care. They do nothing about it. The worst Subway I’ve ever been to they canceled my online order lying and saying they don’t participate in the $6.99 footlong deal even though it says it in the app

The employee was rude And began to get defensive when I was asking simple questions about why this establishment isn’t taking coupons or even respecting the five dollar foot-long offer. I tried three different sodas in the machine they all started like off brands of the real thing. My sandwich had the same aftertaste. I don’t believe they’re taking care of the ingredients properly.

Not impressed. I spent a while putting a fairly large order with tip into the app and used a promo code from Subway. The order processed on my credit card, showed paid on my app, I even heard the online order alarm go off in the store. Then they went over to the register and voided the transaction stating that they don't take promos. I usually don't use promos for this reason. Now I have a $35 charge pending on my card and still had to order the $45 again, not that it's a huge deal but it doesn't come back instantly and now I have to wait a few days to get my money back. Overall just ridiculous to offer promos but then not honor them. 😕

I am sure the guy there is just being told by the owner to void these promos for online orders but from my perspective I wouldn't have walked in the door but the promo seemed worth it. So what's better, no sale at all?

I was in the mood for a sandwich at lunch, and Subway never disappoints. The staff member who made my sandwich was exceptionally friendly and even shared some great recommendations for places to visit in Yonkers. I enthusiastically recommend this place!

I ordered on the app two for one foot long. Went to store. She called me and mumbled something. Went inside and she said they don’t do it. I will refund you. Why are you a participant then? She laughed. So they lie. She doesn’t give two craps. Wasted 45 mins of my life. Lost a customer

These guys seem to be different to subway corporate or app. They don’t accept offers that subways corporate does.So stupid. Can’t believe 2 foot longs otherwise is 26+ tax.. woooww arm n leg.!!

Bad Hygiene! The man who made my subway dropped the footlong, cheese and the chicken.I saw him saving everything for the next customer! I canceled my order and wouldn't go there again!
