I waited ONE WHOLE HOUR for 6 tacos, secondly a black old woman was VERY VERY RUDE to me and my husband she had the Nastiest attitude and was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL i always come to this location and will honestly never again she needs to be fired idc how bad your day was i didn’t do anything to her to be dogged out DO BETTER NEXT TIME

A nightmare, they are so busy talking they can’t even refill their condiments section. Only person acknowledging customers is the girl at the register. Never again!

My order took forever. The staff was busy talking to each other instead of making my food. Also the manager waited last minute to put my fires to fry which added more time to my wait. All together I waited 15 minutes for something that should’ve taken 5-7 minutes
Happier Hour not honored. Still $4.50. Even says Happier Hour on the menu item. Staff would not help.

I was initially excited that there was a Taco Bell near home since I am a frecuent buyer especially at the location on Central Ave however never been so dissapointed in my life with taco bell and ultimately they lost me as a client at that mclean location. I ordered a beef crunchwrap to go. When I arrived home, ready to eat and to my surprise there was no beef! I hope the owner of the franchise or manager is taking notes because this store will fail miserably if they dont get it together.

Leaving one star because I’m not able to leave no stars. Horrible service , extremely nasty smell from food , horrible workers. Send my friend to the hospital and almost died. Disgusting

I have been to this location multiple times since it opened and each and every time the manager/owner has argued with someone there, either one of his staff or a customer. Not just disagreeing, but down and out yelling. Today it was my turn. I brought my autistic son there for his birthday, what he wanted and I obliged. We ordered at the kiosk to have my son learn a bit of independence. My son was waiting patiently and asked the man behind the counter for his medium cup and the man, who turned out to be the manager, didn’t believe that he had ordered a box meal that came with a drink, asking him multiple times what his name was and went to check to see if he actually paid. When I opened up the food, I noticed that one of the items was not correct and I asked how I would be able to get a copy of my receipt. I was confused because I had ordered a crunchy taco but I got a soft taco instead. Not a huge issue but when I brought it up to the counter to ask if I had made the mistake, the man got so defensive, started shouting at me that since I used the kiosk, it was completely my fault and there was nothing I could do except order and pay for what I had originally wanted. He would not exchange it. He went from 0-60 in seconds, yelling at me, shouting “bye bye” and waving at me to leave. I told him I had witnessed him not only speak to other customers this way but also seen him treat his employees so poorly. I will never go back to this Taco Bell after being spoken to by this manager/owner. What a rude person. Worst customer service ever.
