From all the taco Bells this one is the most expensive one from all of them even if you get the same items in the Central Park one compare prices between this one and Central Park. This one their head cracking with two dollars extra after each item.
They got new hires who actually want to work. But there's a gentleman who works there who has the worst. Customer service and the wait is ridiculous. The new hires actually acknowledge customers and provide service.

Horrible service don’t come here please..
I placed an online order on halloween at 11:45pm. When I arrived there were many people in the lobby waiting for their order. Two employees working. Dirty floors, dirty tables, there was debris and food everywhere. It appeared that my order was ready but I was ignored by employees. When I finally received my order, it was complete but my food was cold. I wish the Central Park Ave drive-thru location was open late so I can go there instead. Please don’t come here.

don't come here. unless you have 4 hours to wait
It's either super cold 🥶 or burning hot 🔥 in the store, might be under staffed because it took a long time for food. On the plus side it appears to be clean.

We had a great experience.
Everything was top notch.
We ordered and we ate at the restaurant
The place was clean and we had our food at decent time.
I saw the employee is always cleaning
And the sauce stand was full and organized

I really love Taco Bell. The meat does it for me. But this Taco Bell gave me stale shells. What a waste of money and time.

Words of advice to the late night workers, manager, or franchise owner of this location:
1) Correct your closing time that’s listed on Google Maps as 2:30am because clearly when a customer walks in an hour before that time they get turned away.
2) Maybe give some kind of indicator that the place is closed like, I don’t know, locking the door or shutting down the ordering kiosks?
3) Probably the most obvious one, it would be nice if the employee standing literally right by the front door was trained to verbally inform the customer walking in that the place is closed instead of just staring blankly at said customer.
It took 3 years for the location to finally open, the least you can do is all of the above.
Although there was a little customer service involved, after ordering my food on the kiosk, I was going up to the counter paying cash. Well, attempting to have a kind conversation with the cashier I said, have a good day before walking out to which I got no reply and a stink eye. I ignored it because it wasn’t that big of a deal. Anyway, when I got home, I began to unboxed the food that I thought I had ordered. Turns out one, they had forgotten my chips yet still gave me a side of little guac. My burrito was half full and 90% tortilla, which I have a photo of uploaded below, I do not recommend going here, my cinnamon twist barely had any cinnamon on them. They tasted plain and dull. My burrito was burnt, barely any chicken in my chicken Chalupa absolutely not I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend anyone else to. Save your money. The Taco Bell on Central Avenue is far better than this one. And not only after all of that, I decided that I would call the establishment myself instead of writing a review to bring their 2.1 rating EVEN lower. I called three times with NO answer.

Employees are dismissive and have no desire to help customers. Store is filthy. I went to pick up order and they placed my to go paper bag on a wet sticky counter. Floors need to be cleaned, tables and counters wiped down. Condiments refilled. I was told they were out when I asked for mild sauce. How can a Taco Bell be out of their own mild sauce, this is crazy. I think a manager is needed that is very clean and really cares. Staff needs to at least look like they want to wait on customers.

This was, without question, one of the most soul-crushing fast food experiences of my life. I waited 35 minutes—yes, THIRTY-FIVE—for two tacos. Not a party pack. Not a catering order. Just two basic tacos.
I watched the minutes tick by as staff moved in slow motion, joking around while a line of increasingly angry customers stood there in disbelief. When my order finally emerged from the kitchen abyss, the tacos were a soggy, lukewarm disaster. The shell was stale, the meat was barely there, and it tasted like it had been microwaved with zero seasoning or care. One bite in and I genuinely questioned every decision that led me to this drive-thru.
If you’re craving disappointment wrapped in a tortilla, this is the place. Never again.
This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. It took them 45 minutes to give me four tacos. I didn’t even know it was physically possible for a human to move as slowly as the workers did. It was as if it was everybody’s first day. And the worst part is that the kitchen is open and I see that they’re moving so slowly. If you are a Yonkers resident, I highly suggest that you go to the one on Central Avenue instead.
