They got new hires who actually want to work. But there's a gentleman who works there who has the worst. Customer service and the wait is ridiculous. The new hires actually acknowledge customers and provide service.

I don't see what the bad reviews see. This location is very clean and the workers were very nice and helpful when I dined there. My problem with Taco Bell is that The new nuggets are ok but not all that and are too expensive and the prices are too high in general and that spoons are not available in the restaurants.
