I placed an online order for curbside pickup. There were 2 vehicles in the curbside are with no people in them for over 40 minutes. I called the restaurant at 6:02 pm to inform I am trying to pickup my order but there is no space to park. I drove around the restaurant for over 40 minutes trying to get my order. At 6:40 pm I spoke with Justin a manager who was going to bring me my food but who wants cold food at that point when it was ready by 6:02pm. I would have had to wait another 20 minutes to get a fresh order. It is very disappointing that they do not enforce their own parking of 10 minutes for curbside pickup. This has made me not want to ever order from this location because of not having proper parking for curbside pickups. I drove around from 5:52 to 6:40 to find parking. The local cops were making people move if they blocked traffic

Also, extremely overpriced (Westchester luxury tax?) (150 including tip for a subpar microwave food for 2 adults and 2 kids)
Spend this money for a yearly YouTube subscription and make your own food.

Today I went to cheesecake factory, and had a terrible unsettling experience. I’ve been to this one numerous times and each time I go it has gone worse. It started when we first got there and the servers didn’t even know what tables they were responsible for. We even had a server later on ask us which server was ours because they were unsure. 25 minutes later after sitting there with no water, the bartender came and asked us if anybody has helped us. He was the only one that was able to help us Shout out to Khalil. then when our food came out, it took another 25 minutes to get grated cheese after two waiters didn’t bring it. Then while I’m eating my chipotle chicken pasta we found a long wooden toothpick inside and none of our food has had a stick in it. We told the manager while we were able to pay and the manager did not have any solution. He said he was simply sorry. Then when we saw him again leaving, he said he was sorry again, and that he yelled at all The cooks in the back. He did not offer us any kind of compensation or did not have any kind of solution to what had happened. I will never ever come back to this cheesecake again I’m not even sure if I will ever go to one ever again after this experience I’m so disappointed. From the staff to the managers, it was terrible experience and none of Were doing. This place is completely understaffed and if you wanna stay there for 3 to 5 hours, then you should go here.

Curbside ordering is complete trash at this location. The link did not work - went to an error page. I tried calling for more than 10 minutes with no answer at all. I had to park and go in, which is the opposite of curbside.

Island Belle
We went after an evening of rock climbing close by. We had so much fun. It was entirely a family evening well spent our waitress. Ibea, at first she was not sure how to take the anxiety off, but she helped my friends choose their meals, their drinks, and dessert. She was the second highlight of the night, and she made my celebrant very happy to have celebrated her birthday 🎂. We had a blast only to find out we all had so much in common through conversation about our lineages. It was crazy. I want to thank you so much for making our night. My daughter said you are the best waitress she ever had.

My favorite place to eat.my only concern is I do not eat pork!!! Brunch meat options are pork only. No substitutions like extra eggs for the replacement of the meat. Overall the food is good

Just a shout out to Kyle the manager and the staff that helped me surprise my friend by secretly paying for her meal. He helped me through the gift card purchasing process and alerted the servers, who took the time to call me and confirm the amount and who executed the move perfectly. I dont have the server’s name, but thank you whoever you are for your amazing help with this!!

I had a wonderful dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory thanks to our amazing waitress, Amanda. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive throughout our meal. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered great food recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend requesting Amanda if you’re dining here!
