Amazing Mexican Food & Outstanding Service I had a fantastic experience at this Mexican restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. The vibe was super pleasant and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. I absolutely love this place: great atmosphere, fast and friendly service, even excellent drinks but the food is surprisingly bad. Going back a year now ive been trying to give Taco Project a chance but the food quality is below what it should be. The food is not seasoned at all and is very bland. I've done the fish bowls, chicken bowls, steak and ground beef. Everything is bland and the ground beef that is actually seasoned is overly oily. When this place first opened a few years ago the food was great and delicious but in the last year and a half the entire menu from the chips and guac up taste different. I would love to recommend this place but because the prices are much higher (a basic rice bowls with guac and chips for one person is almost $30) compared to other places in the area I won't at this moment.

The food was very tasty, particularly the Mexican corn with Cotija cheese. When we walked into the restaurant, Armani greeted us with a beautiful smile and made us feel very welcome. We'll be back!
I got takeout, nice atmosphere while I waited. Pleasant staff. Shrimp tacos were delicious, as was the side of rice and beans. Would like to go back and try more!

The food here was very interesting but I enjoyed it for the most part. Real Mexican inspired cuisine, far from a traditional take to it. Would I come back here debatable ? Just because Mexican food is my favorite and the traditional is always my favorite take! But is it a good establishment you should try out ? 100% I was really impressed with the drinks (which were really good) and their blend of Mexican fusion food.
