I stopped by the new Wing Stop in Yonkers while I was in the area and wanted something quick to eat. The place is definitely new and has a clean, fresh feel to it. The staff was pleasant and took my order right away, and to my surprise it was ready within just a few minutes.
I ordered a classic wing combo with the mango habanero sauce, which came with fries and a soda. The food was hot, fresh. the wings had a great kick and the fries were crisp. There are a few seats off to the side if you want to dine in, which is convenient.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Fast service, good food, and friendly staff I’d definitely stop by again.

Never thought I’ve give wingstop another try but I stepped into this location and was pleasantly surprised. This is the first wingstop I’ve been to where the fries weren’t an afterthought and actually tasted great. The wings were crispy and the staff is attentive.

We were given was wrong persons order, luckily we checked the order before we left. There was a gentleman, second to last before expo. The expo seemed to be the manager at the time, she was wearing a button up. The guy next to her was very unkempt and did very unsanitary things. He was not wearing gloves, cross contaminating everything (bowls, and the screen they all touch to track orders). I was in utter disbelief because he’s in the kitchen next to the manager, he wasn't cooking per se but he was dumping food into containers, what happens if food touches his finger right before it gets into container? I seen him wipe his nose on his hand, Scratch his scalp, and also he put something in his mouth to try before it went into someones order. Employees need to get servsafe certified and manager needs to train employees better.
I was told this place is “ no glove wearing kitchen” so confused with that part. I’ve gone to other Wingstops and they have no issue with wearing gloves. If a customer is asking for you to wear gloves, why not??? I also saw a female use her bare hands after licking her fingers when sauce was on them and then proceeded to touch the wings to fix them into the box! What is going on??? How disgusting! Maybe if you had gloves on you wouldn’t have licked your fingers!!! These places are ran by complete disgustingness!

Second time only ordering from this establishment and I’m very disappointed in this location, I ordered a 10 piece meal deal that specifically comes with fries, I got it delivered to my home and I see I have items missing. I comeback and explain to the woman in the front that I’m missing items and also provided proof and still wasn’t given what I paid for! Poor customer service, this is my last time coming to this location

My food dropped on the floor in the restaurant and they didn’t replace it. The manager wasn’t helpful and ignored me to another customer while I was talking to him. Very rude and unprofessional to a new start. I’m staying at my other Wingstop location. I’m not coming back in here unless they value their customers and their money the right way.
