X2O Xaviars on the Hudson

The food was excellent, with exception to the lambchops [had no taste-needed seasoning] Also, @ the table next to us, the lady sang loudly to the music that was playing, the entire time we were there. It was really annoying

X20 Xaviars is, by far, the best restaurant in Westchester County. The food is amazing! The staff is exceptional! The views are spectacular! The prices are far less than any other "high end" restaurant in the area.

We go to celebrate our birthdays for years now-we spent over $200 for 2 people and I dont understand how the tables around us got a complimentary small dessert and we got nothing. We asked to change our seat to the table next to us but they wouldn't and the bread was stale. For that much money we expect near perfection. We will be breaking tradition for our future birthdays

I was with my friend and we really enjoy it, food was delicious we ordered shrimp ? with coconut, spinach salad and a perfect cooked salmon ? very nice view of the Hudson River. Excellent service ?

We took our elderly neighbor there for lunch for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and the service was spot on.  wait is saying happy birthday to her which really made her feel special. Been there many times including hosting a 70th birthday party for 28 people and will be back for sure!

We love this restaurant! It NEVER disappoints! Food, especially brunch is delicious, service impeccable, and ambiance lovely! This time we had a special treat and saw Peter Kelly!!

Given its Peter X. Kelly pedigree, and having dined at his other restaurants over the years, we were quite disappointed in our experience. If there's a diner's dress code, it obviously wasn't being enforced, as we spotted several gentlemen in shorts and sneakers, making this destination seem less "special", especially for a Saturday night. The staff, while pleasant and eager to please, were somewhat amateurish, likely due to insufficient training. The room, itself, while having great potential, needs a refresher, perhaps with large floral arrangements in the middle (wouldn't want to block the terrific views!). Food, while solid, was nothing special. Wine list was reasonably priced, although short on mid-range selections of French and American reds and whites.

Everything we ate was delicious from appetizer to dessert. Our servers were attentive but not intrusive. Beautiful view. Recommend the pork chop with polenta and the chocolate bomb.

We were very disappointed by the $45 Thursday special a couple of days ago The short ribs were OK, but the sea bass was extremely small. We have eaten at 3 Peter Kelly restaurants, including Thursday specials, restaurant week and tasting menu and it was far below our expectations based on our previous dining experiences at his establishments. We were recently at X20 for the cowboy ribeye steak and it was great. Even when we complained to our server (who happened to agree with us about the portion size), apparently the chef had no reaction when he discussed it with them.

Ambiance, food, drinks, service was impeccable! Our anniversary dinner was so very special thanks to Xaviars. We'll be back soon. My favorite dishes, the ribeye and miso glazed salmon were mouth watering as well as the steamed shrimp dumplings. Just perfection.

As always, incredible view and ambiance. Service was outstanding. Main courses were impeccable. I like salad lightly dressed; but they were a bit too lightly dressed. Otherwise terrific. Dessert was good, but a bit too small. (They used to be much larger at X2O.) Decaf coffee was quite watery.

Not often that we find fault with X2O, but there were a couple of missteps at lunch. As usual, the selection for a prix fixe, particularly now that they provide more specials, is adequate. Both the crispy tuna sushi, a staple at brunch pass arounds, and the chicken Milanese were pleasant additions. But the "strawberry shortcake" really needed more (a second layer?) strawberries, and the coffee was mediocre.

Always a wonderful experience at X2O. The service, personnel, food, ambiance are all an experience. All our guests enjoy their first time here. All dishes are prepared with care and consistency as requested, especially the cowboy rib eye steak! Our special place with friends and for ourselves. Luna was very attentive and unobtrusive. The entire wait staff are all very personable and well trained.

Had not been for brunch here for quite a while and we were all happy with the food and the service. Brought a 13 year old niece and she enjoyed the experience, This is what this restaurant provides, a wonderful eating experience with delicious food, beautiful scenery and great service, Valet parking also a great perk Always a pleasure to come

Beautiful dinner location. Outdoor terrace overlooking Hudson River. Unusual menu. Food was good, but not outstanding. Very gracious hostess. Although wait staff was attentive, they were a bit disconnected at times. Busboys and valets were excellent.
