Called to order one desert for pick up, when an employee answered the phone I said I would like to order one thing. The employee replied that he had to sit some customers and for me to hold, I was put on hold for 20+min. I had to order online while still being in hold. Walked into the restaurant, still on hold and the phones were ringing with no host’s attending. Then an employee came to assist me while the phone was ringing with my call on hold. I said I liked to speak to the manager, before the manager came they finally answered the phone and I said I’m at the front desk and I need a manager. They were surprised I was on hold while being there while still waiting for a manager. When the manager finally came he apologized and said they were busy when the restaurant was clearly empty. Every time I go there there is always an issue, waiters, food quality, and overall service. I only go there for their bread pudding desert and every time they forget to put utensils. I just asked for Ute and the manager said Ridgehill forbids them to provide utensils for take out. This whole experience is unacceptable.

This is a great restaurant with a very chill atmosphere. The food is really good and they have a different variety of things for you to try. If you love beer have over a hundred different beers on tap and at least 20 something beers off tap.

Service was fine. Atmosphere was ok. Food was terrible and expensive. Maybe I’m wrong for ordering anything remotely ethnic at the “Yard House” but good grief. The queso dip tasted like it was straight from Taco Bell and the Korean BBQ beef sandwich made me want to go to the kitchen and yell at the cook like I was Gordon Ramsey. I would’ve rather paid $18 for a Costco hot dog. My wife had a salad bowl with Ahi Tuna that she says she enjoyed but the whole meal plus one soda including tip came out to $76. Fare warning they charged us $3 for the dumb trivia game on the table’s tablet. I will live the rest of my days on this Earth warning people of this place’s food. No bueno. Not good. Atrocious (in Korean).

Great brewpub! Excellent draft list, and the 'pick your own flight' was great. Did great, too! We had the 'everything crusted ahi' sandwich (tasty, though the ahi was overcooked), and the Korean BBQ Cheesesteak, which was fantastic.
