I had a very disappointing experience at Yard House Yonkers on Monday evening1/19/2026. My husband and I sat at the bar, and from the beginning, the bartender, Ashley, was unwelcoming and dismissive. We were ignored for an extended period of time, and when I finally asked for a drink, her response and body language were rude and uncomfortable. The treatment felt discriminatory and immediately set a negative tone. The situation became worse when my drink was served with what appeared to be a Object inside (possibly a bug or debris), which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. After that, I tried several times to get Ashley’s attention, but she continued to ignore me. When a manager eventually came over, I was cut off and not allowed to fully explain what happened. The drink was refunded, but the issue was never properly addressed. This experience raises serious concerns about customer service, professionalism, and basic hygiene standards. Management should be aware of this incident and take it seriously. No customer should feel ignored, disrespected, or unsafe consuming food or drinks at a restaurant.

Went with my daughter and wife for my daughter's birthday. Our waiter was Cordell, we were lucky to have him as our server. As it has been many years since dining at Yard House we were pleased with the atmosphere Cordell and the meals. Our lunch was delicious our time at Yard House outstanding you could not have asked for a better time. Our experience was the Yard House at Ridge hill and we are planning on visiting in the near future. Hopefully you will visit soon. Don't forget to ask for Cordell you will be pleased and your outing will be unforgettable. Believe me your experience will be the best ever and you will never forget my review. I know you will say it was the best you ever had. It was ours.

I usually love this place and quality definitely has gone down for a while but the last two times I’ve been there have been the most upsetting experiences. Back to back had horrible experiences. The nachos came out both times with almost no chicken, and the second time the serving was way less than usual. The first time I went, I got a medium cooked BBQ bacon burger & asked for sweet potato fires. Not only was my burger basically well done, they gave me regular fries. When I said something they took the fries back and took about 30min to bring me my fries. Second time I went I ordered BBQ traditional wings & pepperoni pizza with my nachos that time. Wings were overcooked as if it was cooked once, cooled down and put it back in the fryer to reheat and pizza was soggy as if it was dipped in water. Not sure if I even want to give them another try from my past 2 experiences.

I’m not from the area and visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. The food was genuinely good. We ordered chicken wings, fries, and a steak bowl, and everything tasted great.
That said, I was surprised to find out that parking is NOT validated, so you end up paying for the meal, tip, AND parking. Since there’s really no way to get here other than driving, this felt like an important detail that should be made clear upfront. So if you don’t want to pay for parking - I’d skip this place. Theres plenty other restaurants that have free parking.
Another issue was that the waiter assumed I wanted the same beer as the person I was with, without asking. Please don’t assume guests’ orders, just ask what they’d like.
Overall, good food, but the parking situation and service assumptions definitely affected the experience. I would personally NOT come here again for the food. Theres other better places that don’t trap you in paying for parking.
