Food is fantastic! Lots of options. Coffee bar contains various creamers/sweeteners and coffee flavors, incl comp top offs before leaving. Unfortunately, no frequent customer benefits, but will still return now and then 😊

Very disappointed in how their quality has decreased within the last couple of years. I guess their store isn't busy enough so their bagels sit in the wire bins but it’s absolutely shameful to charge premium prices for bagels that are hard like a rock. I nearly choked because i couldn't swallow them. Step up your game guys, jv bagels always proves in their quality whether their busy or not.

Food is great! I keep coming back for the food. Service sucks-I placed an online order the night before for a pickup at 7:50 and the order wasn’t ready until almost 8:10. Same thing happened with my past preorder too! Water dripping out of the ceiling everywhere and there are buckets all over the place!!

Walked into this establishment at 1:40PM today to order a toasted bagel with tuna. Not one other person was in there besides the 5 workers behind the counter. After waiting 10min for a simple order I asked a young man who is in charge and he pointed to the girl who took my order, he said she was the manager!!!! She completely forgot that I just placed an order with her and was just texting on her phone. She then grabbed a random bagel and proceeded to put the wrong item on it! Even though I will not be returning here, I was definitely amused by what took place! Do better!

The whitefish salad is so bad - way too much mayo, i'm sure for cost savings. I'd prefer to have good whitefish salad and pay more for it.

Hands down the best bagels in the area. Consistent, great selection, always well made. A family favorite at the weekend.

Yktn store: about 6 customers on line, 7 workers behind counter. Not a single worker attended to the customers online for over 10 minutes. Several of us just walked out. They are not worth your time.

The lil i did eat was good. Unfortunately bc I had surgery on my throat is couldnt enjoy my food. I end up giving it away but the response was it was delicious

$9 for a BEC and they forget the hot sauce, put it on the wrong type of bagel, and there were some wonderful surprise egg shells in it. Tired of this place messing up.
