Stopped in today and got bagels. First, they were expensive at 1.80 each. Second, I was very disappointed, they are very tough and dry and had a very weird chemical taste. There is much better in this area and less expensive!

The quality has really gone downhill since they became a franchisee… Twice they’ve gotten my in-house order completely wrong. On another two occasions, the omelets I ordered were so undercooked to the point of being inedible. Such a shame, as I used to love their bagel selections and cream cheeses pre-remodeling. It’s an ok-place for coffee, but please save your money and prevent agitation by being a patron at Cortlandt Farms or elsewhere around that 202 corridor.

Not great service, it took us about 20 minutes just to our food and we saw people who ordered after us get their food and leave. Don’t want to blame it on the workers, they seemed understaffed. They Mixed up my plain bagel with my friends rainbow bagel on my bacon egg and cheese. Not a big deal, otherwise, the food was very good. They are typically very good and efficient.

Please let me know how a bagel place doesn’t have a working toaster. I came back a couple days later, still broken. Didn’t even offer to toast it on the grill. I will admit their food is really good. If only they actually got an order right. Their system is completely unorganized, they don’t even take names and no one’s ever actually on the register. Overall it’s a disappointment that they can’t even fix a toaster and they are yet to get my order right which btw is a bacon egg and cheese with hash brown. I would rather drive the extra ten to fifteen minutes to bobos where they can actually make what I want.

Bagles used to be $3 with flavored cream cheese. I understand prices have gone up. But now its $5.28 for a bagle with flavored cream cheese and they put 1/4 of the cream cheese the did when the sandwich was $3... How can you double your prices and give less product. Ownership has complete gone all in on getting all the money

OK, if you have not tried these chocolate Babkas, stop what you’re doing, drop everything and go to bagel Emporium right now and pick up a container! Then grab a cup of coffee or tea and let those flavors have a party in your mouth! ? ???? Someone brought this over to our house and I’ve been hooked ever since!!

Great bagels
The owner should be ashamed. Over $8 for a basic Bacon, Egg, & Cheese on a roll. This is beyond Manhattan prices. It’s 2 eggs. 3 pieces of bacon. Slice of Cheese. Let’s be realistic here.
