Terrible place. They messed up my order. I asked for orange juice and they gave me lemonade. I also asked for a whopper and they gave me one without cheese. And when I kindly asked them if they could give me what I actually asked for, they got mad at me. Right before I left, I heard one of them say something in Spanish to another one thinking I don’t speak Spanish. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, and terrible food.

The food was fresh and hot, and the place was recently renovated, so it was clean inside. The staff, however, were a bit unenthusiastic about their job, and it showed.

The food is good. Sometimes they miss things but there's a girl who always seem so have an attitude at the drive thru when you order a good amount of food. Usually there at night..:/

I used to love coming to the Burger King here but unfortunately it has gone downhill since the renovation. The food is the same, but the ticket times on food are very slow, they called by number when they had no receipt and I said my name, and they discontinued self serve soda. It is a shame this place went downhill in service. The Peekskill Burger King is much better.

The new burger King is epic. The ladies who run it on Saturday are the best. They were super patient when I couldn't get the dumb app to open for my points. Definitely hit this one up.

Beautiful Spanish lady employees felt very accepted and delighted to see me, have lunch from walks, through town.
Vegetarian options: Vegetable Burger, fruits ?? also vegetables smoothie for the menu.

GET PEOPLE WHO SPEAK ENGLISH!! WHY DO I NEED TO REPEAT MYSELF 10 TIMES!! Get people who English !! Seriously why are there unless “people” taking orders !! Ridiculous!! Wasting my time and YES OF COURSE MY ORDER IS WRONG!! DIGUSTING THIS WOMAN CANT EVEN UNDERSTAND NUMBERS DODO BIRD!! So gross and sad what this country is becoming!! When i got home an item was missing. This wasn't the first it happened. So I emailed BK and they told me they can only offer me $3. Thank you , I have that didn't set you back too much
