I stop at this Dunkin whenever I’m in the area. The staff is friendly, they always make my food and drink to my exact liking and keep the line moving when the store gets crowded while maintaining top service. A specific crew member I’d like to shoutout is Darwin. He greets every customer with a smile and does not get overwhelmed when there is a long line and does a great job of multitasking on register, drinks and the food station. As a former Dunkin employee myself, he provides the level of service I would strive to provide if I was still employed there. I would highly recommend this location.

this Dunkin is amazing. Their team is patient, kind and goes above and beyond. I was able to put in an order of specially designed donuts for a baby shower, and they were phenomenal. Lucky to have a business like you in our town!
How do you not only forget to put the top bread on the sandwhich but also leave the PLASTIC PAPER ON THE CHEESE!!! A LITERAL HEALTH HAZARD!!! I get that it's busy but when you put a sandwhich into a BOX and CLOSE THE LID!!! You'd expect common sense to kick in.

I’ve been coming here for years , and it has easily become the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to . Everytime I order , I order a bagel toasted DARK with cream cheese . My bagel is always almost never toasted . Feels like they didn’t toast it at all . And there’s only cream cheese right in the middle the rest of the bagel is always dry and chewy it’s disgusting . But then they burn the hash browns EVERY TIME . I’m usually by mount kisco and would rather just continue ordering from here . Because I throw my food away every single time I order here . I keep trying to give them chance after chance but I’m just extremely disappointed

Two days in a row I have orderd a latter from this Dunkin location and both days my my lattes were bitter and made poorly with old coffee. I work near this location so I hope this small hiccup will be resolved!
