How do you not only forget to put the top bread on the sandwhich but also leave the PLASTIC PAPER ON THE CHEESE!!! A LITERAL HEALTH HAZARD!!! I get that it's busy but when you put a sandwhich into a BOX and CLOSE THE LID!!! You'd expect common sense to kick in.

I’ve been coming here for years , and it has easily become the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to . Everytime I order , I order a bagel toasted DARK with cream cheese . My bagel is always almost never toasted . Feels like they didn’t toast it at all . And there’s only cream cheese right in the middle the rest of the bagel is always dry and chewy it’s disgusting . But then they burn the hash browns EVERY TIME . I’m usually by mount kisco and would rather just continue ordering from here . Because I throw my food away every single time I order here . I keep trying to give them chance after chance but I’m just extremely disappointed

I am not one to write reviews so my hopes is that me giving my review will only help, not discourage. Two days in a row I have orderd a latter from this Dunkin location and both days my my lattes were bitter and made poorly with old coffee. I work near this location so I hope this small hiccup will be resolved!

The newly renovated DD is now open. The new look is sleek and modern. I did go late in the afternoon/early evening. But to my surprise, they had my Bavarian Cream donut (hard to find) so I was happy. I ordered Peppermint Mocha coffee, which was good, but had quite a bit of coffee grinds at the end in the bottom of my cup. This is still one of my favorite quick stops in the morning. Love the Avocado toast w/bacon.

Better then Starbucks worst ever. Tired of being treat like I have a disease when I go into any of them. Tired of the way they treat customers. Like we have a Virus we don't. Dunkin is way better and a hell of a lot cheaper then

I went in this morning and ordered a medium smores latte with oatmilk. It looks like straight milk with chocolate at the bottom. I am 95% they did not even put coffee in my drink. I paid $6 for a cup of oatmilk. Last time I come to this dunkin.
it helped that I biked 6 miles to get to this DD, a long the Northern County Trail on a hot day.
