Great American Cookies

I placed an online order and put the wrong delivery date. I tried to change it but the owner of the store said she has not control over changing my order. I went online and it said all cancels and changes need to be done directly with the stores the store owner is telling me she can’t do anything and she can’t cancel it because it’s passed my time. What does that mean?? Won’t ever be ordering from this specific store again. There is no direct number to main headquarters for help. Ridiculous customer service!! Not how to run a business. Never will be a customer of the Jefferson valley mall store.

I love these things. its borderline illegal….i love the store… i love the cookie lady….. i love the sugar!!!!!

horrible customer service. lady that was working was absolutely rude.update 4.26. I stood there waiting over 5 minutes as your employee stood there and made cookies and I was the only customer there. Instead of acknowledging us she couldnt care less. Then as we ordered we were told anything else several times as if we were bothering her by making purchases. Then i asked if he qualified for the buy 5 get 1 free. She shook her head no without any explanation. After ringing up the price she finally explained which makes zero sense as it gives us no chance to purchase more. I use to rant and rave about this company but ill never come here again.

Absolutely love this place. My family has been getting cakes made since my brothers and I were kids. American cookie cake never fails to produce the best tasting cookie I have ever had. The women who runs the shop is a doll, she’s is dedicated to producing only the best! Thank you so much for making every event, birthday party etc special. The last cake I had purchase was for my 5 years in remission from cancer and receiving my sheet cookie cake was the best part of my day!

The cookies were delicious! But the customer service was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. We stopped by this afternoon with my husband and my 2 year old daughter. We walk up to the kiosk and the lady was behind the machine, we thought she was helping someone on the side but she was just trying to hide from us. Several of the cookies have a sign “buy 5 get one free.” We picked out 6 cookies, and I asked if it qualified for the buy 5 get one free and she literally said no. No explanation nothing. Just starts putting the cookies in a bag. When I ask do we need to pick more?... She just said you need to buy all the same cookies. Ummm ok. Not a big deal but after seeing us pick 4-5 different cookies she could have said if your picking cookies for the promo they all have to be the same. A simple sweet courtesy gesture would have been nice. Nonetheless we ordered 8 cookies with someone who obviously didn’t want to be there or be bothered with our order and then 2 of the cookies were the stuffed cookies and she literally holds up the bag and says these are $3.99 each. Maybe she thought we were 12 years old and couldn’t afford $3.99 but she was just rude about it. It was just an overall negative experience. It’s sad because the cookies are great but with that attitude Im sure nobody wants to come back. Almost 30 minutes after we left it was still rubbing us the wrong way like how can you be so rude to another human being, I get it we all have bad days but you’re there to sell cookies, be nice. Def try the cookie but try another location. You’ll thank me later!

Cake was beautiful. Exactly as I ordered it and was delicious! Fantastic job!!

The Double Doozie and the Brownies that they have there are very good. And the prices are very good. And the Cookies are actually shown on display as well. It is a very good place to go get some cookies and brownies.

I miss home (Atlanta, GA) and I've been wanting to go home just for this cookie :) I'm so glad I was able to drive my car towards the City to get.my cookie because I didn't know they had the Cookie Company in NY. I'm Bless.and Happy. :) GREAT AMERICAN COOKIE IS THE DAMN COOKIE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!! Always have been out my 30 years on Earth :)

Great cookies but a little pricey

Good pricing, out in the open easy to see, never any lines. Decorated option offered. Accept credit cards, and has cold drinks. Yummy
