Hudson Valley Steakhouse

Our first time eating at HV steakhouse and it was amazing. We had Chase as our server and he was awesome. The food was delicious; we shared some sides which were plentiful. We had a great time. The tiramisu was also very good. Thanks for a fun and memorable evening.

Have been hearing about and wanted to try. Perhaps because a Saturday nite, it was crowded and super loud. The food was excellent. The service weird. Literally, 8 people either took order, brought drinks, see Ed food. It's their system but kinda weird.

The Wait staff is top notch. Very professional and accommodating. The atmosphere and look are really elegant and yet whole families dine here comfortably. It is a welcoming environment. The food couldn't be better. True quality and freshness is priority here. Flavor and cook of the steak is perfection.

The ribeye steak on the bone was cooked perfectly and packed with rich, flavorful juices that made every bite delicious. My wife’s New York strip was equally impressive—tender, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The service truly elevated the experience, with our waiter, Steven, providing exceptional attention and professionalism throughout the meal. It was an excellent dining experience from start to finish.

We were seated and menus were offered. We ordered steak. The steak was overcooked for one of us, and all the steak was seriously tough. It wouldn't even cut. A salmon dish and branzino was very good. Remember that this is a steak house. We are not returning.

You always try to find a restaurant where the good is always excellent, but it's the employees and the “vibe” that keep you coming back. That describes the Hudson Valley Steakhouse perfectly. The food is always a “10” and the accommodating team is always an “11”. It starts with Timmy, the owner and his desire to always make his customers feel special. Get there soon. It is a true pleasure.

Why don't they show their prices)

The steak is phenomenal, of course. Whichever cut you choose: filet mignon, NY strip, porterhouse, etc. The only downside is that it will make eating steak elsewhere a bit of a comedown. The apps, sides, and drinks are gorgeous, too. Special shout out to the wedge salad. The service strikes the right balance of attentiveness and an unobtrusive presence. First class experience 🙌

Great steaks and great seafood! Everything was tasty. It’s really good for large parties and celebrations. It’s pretty loud. The large steaks for 2-3 people are delicious and generously large.

When i did reservation, they asked special occasion and I put celebrating our 27th anniversary and I would like a corner table. We didn't get a coner table and nobody said happy anniversary, We had the $120 tomahawk and it was very fatty and ill leave it at that. The service was GREAT

Great local NY-style steakhouse. Wish they had a more extensive wine list, but food made up for it....

It was delicious as always. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the Hudson Valley potatoes were excellent as well!! Always go there for special occasions.

The best restaurant in the area for sure. Everything from the martinis to dessert is delicious!
