Still charming! Like a nice trip back home... things you fondly remembered and some you had promptly forgotten. The spacious bar needs a visit. We sat at a table. But it looked like a prime spot. Pricier than I remembered- but hey. Welcome to the world. I dined with my salt sensitive partner who was well accommodated. Get the short ribs! Delicious and fabulous as leftovers- for 2 extra meals!!!
Very enjoyable dining experience. Most dishes were very good, would not recommend the risotto, however. Service was good and the ambience is amazing. This restaurant continues to deliver!
Our quite pleasant meal celebrating my husband's birthday as guests of our dear friends ended in disappointment when the check arrived. Having been careful to choose a modestly-priced wine as our friends were treating, the bill arrived showing the two bottles of wine we had ordered mislabeled as a Cakebread priced at $180 instead of the <$60 label we had chosen. When I brought this to the attention of our server, he noted that there was a mistake and *increased* the charge to $235/bottle saying that we had ordered the most expensive bottle on the menu. It turned out that is what he had served us, somehow misunderstanding which wine we had requested from the same winemaker. While admittedly they bore the same name (Caymus), we had pointed to the one we wanted on the printed menu. When our host then engaged with the owner on the matter, asking for an accommodation, the owner became frustrated and unyielding. Despite the food and service having been fine up to that point, none of the four of us will return to Peter Pratt's Inn.
Great find! Such a beautiful, traditional inn restaurant. The food was great and everyone was super nice.
Great place and food, went on Valentine's Day and it was busy all night- service could have been a little better though
Lovely Valentine's Day pre fix dinner, wonderful food. Wait time was a bit long between appetizers and the main course, but the restaurant was fairly packed for the holiday, so that was understandable
The food was great. The service was a little slow and seemed confused. The noise level was so loud, we could barely hold a conversation across the table.
Amazing place and great food :)

Had a very nice date night with my wife at Peter Pratt’s Inn. The property is beautiful, and with nice weather, we chose to sit outside. The service was very friendly, but as it started to get a little busier, we found ourselves waiting longer for the wait staff. The food was good, as we had the chef’s specials - lobster roll, roasted tomato and pepper soup, and butterflied shrimp appetizer. Their mango mojito mocktail was really good. I’m giving four stars only because while the food was good, it was rather pricey for quality. Our bill was about $100, and for that price I was expecting better than good. It was definitely delicious, but in my eyes not the “wow” I would have paid such a premium for. Also we weren’t told there was a $3 fee for credit cards. I get it if the amount is a small amount. But our bill before the fee was $97, and had they mentioned it, I would have happily given cash. Lost a star on that.
Bottom line is that it’s a beautiful and romantic setting, good food, but rather expensive.

Celebrated an anniversary this time. This had become one of my favorite spots. We've been here 5 times or so now and have always had a great dining experience. An excellent gem of a spot that should continue to be a destination for foodies in Westchester and Putnam counties. Cocktails were spot on. Excellent Spicy Margarita that has been my wife's favorite. I'd also highly recommend the Yorktown meets Manhattan martini.
We went to one of the nicest restaurants in Westchester for Father's Day only to be met with a burgers and hotdogs Barbecue with no access to the actual menu. We sat down, ordered drinks, found this out and decided to leave instead. Of course we paid for the bottle of water and left a 100% tip (the waiter even told us we didn't need to pay). Everyone was super nice and super understanding but we wish we would have known before we got there
Out of the way eatery in mid Westchester County. Good service and food, pleasant outdoor dining area.
