I went to order two bowls. I waited my turn, only to find out that someone took my order. I was surprised that they didn’t catch it- but they basically bagged it and handed it away. The staff seemed a bit unprofessional. Someone is answering calls while making the orders. Once I got my food they waited until my back was turned and giggled as if it was funny.

Great bowls - especially like the Cocofunky. Please consider changing your takeout containers to something wider and shallower. Current takeout containers are narrow and deep - a little hard to eat.

Always great service and food but, do not go there on hot days there is no AC and it is blazing hot. I feel bad for the poor girls who work there

The inconsistency in when this business is open is actually quite annoying. Maybe because the summer they like to close earlier but their “ new schedule says till 4 pm” and the door is closed at 3. Losing many customers because you want to to enjoy the nice weather

The bowls are delicious, but the flimsy plastic spoons need an upgrade! Providing silverware for dine-in patrons would elevate the experience. One of my favorite spots—please consider this suggestion, and I’ll happily update my review!
