Stopped here for lunch on the way back to the city. Everything everyone is saying in the other reviews is true. He makes an excellent sandwich. We got the buffalo grilled cheese, which came with chips, and a delicious fruit punch. The owner is fun, friendly, and generous.

The absolute best sandwiches in Yorktown. Nothing but pure deliciousness every time I allow the owner to chef me up what he recommends. Always on point, and the prices are excellent.

Fantastic food. I’ve been a on and off customer there for about 2 years now and have always let Lyle have his way with my food, always comes out FIREEE. But this past experience really cemented this place as one of my spots. My friends and I are eating the food we ordered at a table near the truck, and Lyle surprised us with a new quesadilla he was thinking of selling. Free! But we weren’t going to let him do that, so we went back to tip a few extra bucks, and he tried to shoo us away from the jar! You gotta see his menu for yourself, and has something for everyone. My celiac friend came with us expecting to not be able to get anything and we were shocked when he said he had gluten free bread in the truck. He has soup, chicken, STEAK? You can feel how much he cares about making food just by talking to him. I know I’ve kinda rambled in this but there’s just so much good to say about this truck I don’t know how to stop. Just check it out for yourself and form your own opinion. In my experience the vibes are peak, the food is fresh, and the customer service is unmatched.

Food was great! The owner was so nice and talkative you can tell he's famous amongst the locals! He gave us free food while we sat outside after we had already paid! It was a very good stop for a family traveling with their dogs!

It's enough to feed a small fam of 3 (or 4), it's so huge! We saw it on social/FB Mother's Day & wanted to split it. Chips are mother's favorite. Cabrini tastes like pizza (only better w/ Basil) is my sister's favorite & l found a new a fav in the creaminess of Mac & Cheese. Great w/ butter leave salad. Think the chef needs a raise ... 😊. Didn't know delivery was an option. We look fwd to tasting green apple slices w/ Brie.

Owner is an incredibly kind generous and personable guy and will make each of your experiences one of a kind. I’ll definitely be back soon and be telling everyone I know about this spot!

Pictures does not do it justice, you need, YOU MUST try Lyle food. Every time I go, I try something new! Eat it there or take it to go, even after a 15 min drive it still tastes amazing. I recommend.... are you listening to me??? AND most important, Lyle is a people person, he is for sure in the right business!!!!!

Lyle is the best! So friendly, kind and we had a lovely conversation. I got an Evil version of the Oyster grilled cheese so it came with Mac and cheese inside - it was so decadent and good. My friend was deciding between two sandwiches and he ended up surprising her with the second sandwich later for free! This is a must visit.
