I can’t believe I have never left this amazing place a review. We have been coming here for years and loving these amazing artisan, homemade grilled cheese sandwiches. Lots of variety to pick from and there are some yummy soups on the menu too. He also offers specials. Lyle the owner and chef is amazing and so super nice to talk too. He makes you feel so welcomed and your stomach feels very happy with these delicious sandwiches. He has gluten free options too for almost everything. My kids love the classic grilled cheese and I love the Mother Cabrini! There are some very cool stickers and t-shirts here with his neat truck logo. I must get one soon! He has drinks and snacks too! Thank you Lyle for all the delicious meals! We shall be back soon!

Awesome food and the owner is super nice. I’ve tried different variations of the grilled cheese and can’t choose a favorite. I like sitting outside and enjoying a meal, and then walking it off in the mall! Super reasonable prices as well. You can’t go wrong here.

We were just driving through and stopped here for a quick bite and don't regret it at all. Great food and awesome guy that runs it. He's super nice and you can tell this place is his passion. It's real quite over here (i came around 4 on a Thursday). Other food trucks play music close by so it's a nice little vibe while you wait for your food. He does work alone but the wait is worth it!! I got the Evil Jerk (jerk chicken and mac grilled cheese) and a mango/strawberry fruit punch. Super good and i highly recommend.

Lyle is wonderful and his grilled cheese is incredible. Whenever I have some time to spare before or after my shifts at the mall, going to the truck is a pleasure! Service is of course out of this world, Lyle is one of the kindest and most interesting people you'll ever meet! He really cares about the food and the quality.

We have seen this food truck for years but never got the chance to go until today! We tried the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese Sandwich and the Fire Half & Half! The food tasted great, literally the best grilled cheeses around! The staff member and owner were also both very nice, engaging in conversation with each customer. If you haven't tried their food, we definitely recommend! We will be returning soon :)

One would think that a grilled cheese is...well, a grilled cheese. Today I stand corrected!Often places like this, which try to make 50 different variations on a single theme, end up being a bit nasty. The experimentation to find the most ridiculous combination usually results in a bunch of dishes which are as disgusting as the menu items are outrageous. Not so at this joint!We tried a huge subset of the menu, and each and every item was even better than the last!The staff were hilarious, personable, and engaging. Can't say that my expectations were very high when my wife picked this spot on a trip between New York and Vermont, but I stand corrected...I guess she truly IS always right!

We will always go out of our way for these off-the-charts, over the top gourmet grilled cheese-how about the “Evil Lobster?!” Huge Lobster Grilled cheese with Mac n Cheese added for additional flavor and texture!! This is one slammin’ food truck!!!
