I’ve noticed at this place if you’re a male they put your order on the table and don’t call your name. They call all the women’s names but not the men’s names. You have to go look for yourself guys. It’s happened at this establishment on multiple occasions to me. I won’t be going back.

Came to the drive-thru on a Wednesday at 6:30. Immediately should have known there was an issue as the person taking my order couldn't understand that I was looking for a frappuccino. Once we finally got that settled he wrote it wrong on the board. Then told me they don't carry it anymore even though it's on the menu. He did offer me a substitute. Then I had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes online because he was flirting with two cars of girls back to back. When I finally got up to the window it wasn't ready, don't know what he was doing at that point. After a few minutes he made my drink, and made it wrong.

The coffee is ok, but this location is dirty and there a health official needst to visit this location, their hvac is covered in dust, small amounts get blown into the coffee making it unsafe to drink, gol look at the lint on both doors and tell me I'm wrong

Location was Starbucks on rt 202 in Yorktown Heights, NY. I ordered a sandwich with basil and mozzarella and dressing. It was over $8 plus I purchased coffee. It was mostly bread and very little inside the bread. A total rip off

Staff here is always kind and sweet and service is always swift! Favorite picks, Bacon Egg Gouda sandwich, Pumpkin CC muffin, Cafe Mocha, Turkey Pesto sandwich for lunch and last but certainly not least…….. (drumroll)………. a PEACOCK tumbler with the cutest straw topper!!!!! And it was on sale today. Check out pictures. 🤗 This made my day!!

They actually dont know how to make a damn shaken espresso. I live/work in Yonkers, tell me why I get my drink faster and made to perfection every time but the once in a while im up here visiting friends/family its always wrong and they dont put the drinks out they let it sit behind the counter so the ice melts into your coffee and tastes disgusting.
Its so stupid its yorktown theres not even a quarter of the population here than there is in yonkers yet somehow theyre constantly behind on orders and not making them efficiently. There will be no one in the shop yet they're behind because they forgot to do it and then when you tell them they forgot they literally get all teary eyed and emotional. All i said was I was waiting on my food and the girl starts crying as if i just told her she sucks at her job. I should've!
The people by me are much much more efficient and this location does not do any justice for the starbucks brand. Fire them all. This was my last straw. I will be back to see if they actually comprehended my constructive criticism.

Redesign of the store is awful. We have been going to this location even before it was a Starbucks. It used to be a place to relax and enjoy a coffee with friends now it has 2 tables and just a work counter 35ft long. Whats up Starbucks you just want peoples money and leave. Not a very friendly environment! Do better!

Worst Starbucks been in. Long line waiting for drinks. One cashier not even manning the ordering. No one in any kind of hurry. We left
Don't understand how they sell reusable cups for coffee. And when you bring one back into be reused from that morning why they treat you like you have koddies. I'm not sick all I have is,allergies will never go to another Starbucks again. Going back to Dunkin were I'm treat like a person and not someone that has some sort of disease. All Starbucks do it even the one in Mount Kisco tired of these liberal run places!!!!!

Love the redesign of this store. Sad to see it’s severely understaffed in the evenings and the stress is quite visible on the employees faces.
