Very disappointing, I went to get something that was on their online menu, and then told they didn't have it. I didn't care for the food. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

One of the worse meals I have ever had. Barely ate any of it and both times the waiter took away full plates never said a word. I didn't bother to complain as I doubt a substitute would be any better. I had this supposed spinach artichoke dip to start. I say supposed because it was so watery it looked like soup with a glob of rubbery cheese melted on top. For my main course I had the mushroom raviolis. Even the mushrooms in the watery sauce they placed on top of the raviolis did not taste like mushrooms. There were large fatty chunks of what I think was undercooked pancetta floating in the sauce. And the only flavor was this overwhelming taste of smokiness. I cannot tell you what was actually in the ravioli filling as all I tasted was the smoke and there wasn't very much filling to look at. My husband had the onion soup which was cold again with another globe of rubbery cheese melted on top. He did enjoy his fillet steak saying it was a good cut of meat and cooked well. He ordered a diet cook then had to ask three different waiters for another before he got it. We cut our looses and did not bother with dessert. Any place could have a bad night but it was the poor service and attitude of the wait staff that closed the deal on us ever returning to give them another chance. Total disappointment!! Btw one would expect top quality food and prices for the prices charges.

Lovely place to go (Also has outside dining), food is different and very good and more than enough. It is a bit pricey but I would go back.

Menu on website shows lobster Cobb but it's not on the actual menu which disappointed one of our crew (as it was the only thing she wanted from the menu). They served some weird oil laden puffs to start (gross). Food was just ok otherwise. Sad to report this as we had higher expectations from the word of mouth we have heard

Good location w easy parking. Nice upscale bar vibe. Food was average - menu more upscale pub selections but actual food was just average nothing to rave about. Only thing that stood out was the lemon berry cake. On the expensive side considering not that memorable.

A very enjoyable evening. Service was excellent. Good choice of French Bordeaux by the glass. Special fried burrata appetizer w/truffle oil was very well done. Cote de boeuf for two w/croquette potatoes was excellent. Very high quality beef, perfectly cooked. We appreciated the complimentary after dinner drink that the restaurant manager offered us. Very thoughtful and something that is now a rarity. We have been to The Gramercy several; times and will continue to dine there.

It was my 60th Birthday Celebration and my friend, Paula's 67th Birthday. I had never been before, and I must say, it is magnificent! Excellent big bar area with plenty of seating, and the dining area was so comfortable and wide open with a classic, puffed leather seating. The drinks were awesome! And the food was DELICIOUS! Wow?! The broiled smores dessert and crème brûlée had candles and the staff sang 🎂🥳Bravo! The Gramercy Will definitely recommend. Thank you for making my birthday so special

So I have to say: excellent restaurant! We ordered the paella and it was subpar but the manager came by and corrected it! Excellent flavor and the manager gave green beer as I mentioned in passing and it was St. Patrick’s Day wknd! Will definitely come back in the near future
