Finally had to write a review about this place! I get the Chicken Cutlet Pappardelle dish and my bf gets the burger. We get the Smories Pie for dessert. They arent cheap on bread, make good drinks, have the most attentive staff, and everything is quality.

Went there for my first time last night and everything was fantastic. Solid service, delicious food, and a very comfortable environment made for a wonderful night. Will absolutely be returning!

This was the 1st time we ate at The Gramercy. I had a burger and my wife had a pasta dish. My burger was equivalent to a double cheeseburger at McDonalds and my wife said her pasta was a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. The crab cake appetizer was the star of the night -- but in reality it wasn't fantastic, it was just in light of the entree's being so poor. The waiter was good and also steered us to the crab cake (away from the calamari appetizer), and he should be acknowledged as a result. We won't ever go back as the atmosphere wasn't anything special and the space felt like an open box w/ seating.

Delicious food and good drinks. A comfortable and enjoyable dining experience, along with professional and attentive service, even on a crowded Saturday night. A well run restaurant, you can tell they know what they're doing.

Food was superb, service wonderful and friendly. We received complimentary champagne at the end of the meal (valentine's week, we were told). There was a lounge singer which topped everything off! PS we went on the day after Valentine's Day which is a very good thing. The place was not too crowded and probably one of the reasons the service was so good.

Great vibe and service. My only criticism would be the calamari was a little chewy as was one of our friends skirt steak. Two people ordered it and one was cooked perfect and the other underdone even though they both ordered it the same. Everything else was delicious!

We've been here many times and it's always been great. We had two onion soups and endive and crispy duck salad to start. That salad is my absolute favorite thing on the menu! We had the angel hair and shrimp and two duck cassoulets for our mains. We brought our cousin with us and he loved everything. Can't wait to return.

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, but the quality of the food and (especially) of the service was notably quite spotty and definitely worse than previous times we've dined here. Overall still worth trying, and we'll definitely give them another try eventually, so it's still recommended.

Loved it! Everything was great from food to staff and service plus the drinks! Thanks again. Can't wait to come back. Please put the panko crusted burrata in mushroom risotto on the permanent menu!

The Gramercy has so much potential to be a great restaurant. The inside is spacious and inviting and has a good layout of tables with a nice bar area. Where the Gramercy falls way short is the price of the food as it relates to the quality of the food. I ordered a French onion soup and the Louis XIV burger. The soup was $12 and it came in a smaller crock than it should for that price. This is a small discrepancy and could have been ignored if it wasn't for the problems with the burger. The burger costs $26 and is topped with foie gras, Gorgonzola cheese, and carmelized onions. The foie gras was pathetically small not even covering half of the burger patty and very thin. There was waaaay too much Gorgonzola cheese that ruined the burger. I ordered the burger medium to medium rare, it came rare.

Food & service were perfect, just right for an early New Year's Eve dinner Yes, as others have pointed out, music was up a bit high...but not really intrusive.... Interesting menu....both higher end selections (Lobster!) together w/more casual everyday fare (Burgers!) Most Importantly for Any Restaurant: I'll/we'll (happily!) go back!!!
