One of the great dining experiences in the Hudson Valley. Thyme exceeds the high standards set by the Culinary Institute of America each and every time. The food is scrumptious and the staff is very attentive and professional. I especially recommend the seafood with particular emphasis on the clams and mussels prepared in an incredible sauce. Five-star dining experience in every way. You won't be disappointed!!!!!
Sometimes things do change for the better. We decided to try again after noticing that Thyme was still there. An email reservation was acknowledged promptly. When we arrived the atmosphere felt comfortable, not frigid like before. After a pleasant greeting we were seated at the requested table. We shared a Crab Cake appetizer, small portion but very tasty. Next, a Linguini Carbonara with a Lobster Tail added, quite good. Swordfish, grilled, with roasted potatoes & grilled...
Our meals were great from the appetizers to the main entrees and dessert! The service was very attentive and personable. We really enjoyed our whole experience including the ambience. We will gladly be back!!
