TMI ordered on the phone and they still managed to not understand the order. Unfortunately it was after I got home that I realized.

The food and coffee at this diner are enjoyable, but unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. It is evident that the management has not prioritized service training for their staff, including the shift manager who appears to be in need of additional training.

I was coming in here two to three times a week with my fiancé. Sometimes only stopping in for deserts on top of those 2-3 times.
No problems until today when we encountered a very rude waitress. We simply asked if a breakfast order came with toast and she scuffed and replied "No. It's pancakes."
We are not the types at all to complain, but it was multiple comments that were made pertaining to our orders before we asked for a manager.
When the manager was brought over, he was just as rude and not accommodating at all. Did not care to understand the attitude we were given.
Fellow staff was looking at us and laughing.
We were so uncomfortable that we left without ordering at all.
Upon leaving, another waitress asked
"You're leaving?"
We replied a simple "Yes."
And she laughed and said "Thank you."
We spent $150+ a week plus and we will never be back.

Inattentive service, and the gentleman in the front was just sitting, reading his paper, and not paying attention either.
