Great Starbucks! Even when it's busy the staff are very friendly and are always doing their best. I've been coming here since it opened and never had a negative experience!

Best Starbucks in Mohegan-Lake, yorktown area. Staff is always friendly, and extremely efficient. A little overworked but still gives best service with a good attitude. One of the better interiors, they survived the cannibalization of the last ceo who ripped out all the seating. This one has plenty of inside seats and even some outside seats too!

Very nice, VERY SINGLE TIME I order extra whipped cream at a Starbucks they never give me extra. And I pay for it so it can be annoying sometimes. But this place gave me EXTRA whipped cream like they should which I love. The whipped cream was even popping out of the little hole when I ordered my frap.

I ask for light ice on my drinks and they always give heavy ice. They’re also often sold out of things and almost gave me someone else’s Frappuccino once.

This Starbucks needs a new manager. Someone who knows how to operate the rush and give out correct drinks. They have someone running the show most mornings who has NO idea what she is doing causing long lines and incorrect drinks. Today I took the wrong drink twice and the second time just didn't have the energy to ask for the correct drink. This happens every time my family jokes that this is the worst Starbucks. This place needs a strong manager and employees who are trained properly.

Have been here a few times. When it is busy it can be tough to find parking and your order will take longer than usual. When its normal your order is made in a timely fashion. At least that is my experience but I dont go here everyday.

I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks location. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm and welcoming, creating a genuinely friendly atmosphere. One team member even went out of their way to thank me for my service as a healthcare professional, which I truly appreciated.

While everyone was attentive, Alexis stood out the most. Not only did she prepare my caramel macchiato perfectly, but she also engaged with me and other customers in a way that made the visit feel personal and enjoyable. Her ability to balance efficiency with authentic conversation really elevated the experience.

The store itself was well maintained, the floors were clean, and the overall environment felt inviting. My order was ready quickly, and everything about the visit left a positive impression.

This Starbucks demonstrated excellent customer service, attention to detail, and genuine care for its patrons. I look forward to returning.

The SLOWEST Starbucks ever. If it’s a low staff issue, corporate needs to get more people for them . I had one worker complaining to me about another customers baby and how it was crying. Waiting for 25 min is insane.

Would have been nice to have a hot sandwich in the morning headed to my job. But because it was rushed my egg was still frozen i had no time to turn around so i lost my money ,time and food because it was frozen and not cooked through. It is not that hard to make sure b4 u serve food you make sure it’s edible. Do better or hire robots

My daughter was treated very rudely, and it's important to bring this to your attention. While we understand that inventory can run low, there's simply no excuse for the level of rudeness directed at customers. A simple “sorry, we don’t have that” or “we are running low” would suffice. The employee's attitude suggested a deep dissatisfaction with their job, which is unacceptable in any customer service environment.

I have gone here multiple times over the past two years or so and there is always a 15+ minute wait for my drinks. I have never consistently encountered this issue at other Starbucks before...

Probably the slowest starbucks have been to. Took over 30 min to get a bagel and coffee cake. The place wasn't busy when we walked in but did get busy about 10 min into waiting. The staff was friendly but the wait was ridiculous.
