The man who served me here was probably the nicest and most patient employee I’ve ever encountered in a Starbucks! I also liked their holiday decor and LOVED that they were doing a toy drive and that it was just sitting out unattended and no one was worried about stealing or anything- really said a lot about the climate of the establishment. The staff is great and friendly however I don't wait very long for my coffee order because I love using the Starbucks app on my IPhone. I am in and out really fast and my coffee is absolutely delicious! I can’t complain. I am always satisfied and happy and on my merry way going about my busy day running errands, getting to my appointment on time, and seeing family and friends during the day.

How is this place open ? How do people work here ? How do yo go inside and sit in filthy mess , flies ALL OVER and a smelly coffee shop ? Wait time ? Don’t even think about it ! you better order the day before if you’d like anything. If you can’t keep up with the store then you need to close for 20 minutes every 2 hours and get the shop up to par ! People have places to be and expect to grab a coffee and be out the door in under 10 minutes & then the coffee already like 10$ and you want me to wait an hour for it ? Ridiculous and unfair. I’ll be reaching out to corporate as this place is giving backyard dumpster rather than Starbucks …. YALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

My only complaint about this particular location which I frequent often is that something really unrelated to the store at all. There is nothing worse than going through the drive in there and encountering the workers from the pizza place next door who sit behind the menu and ordering spot in the drive thru smoking, whilst waiting and ordering on multiple occasions I’ve had to sit in a blanket of cigarette smoke and it is truly awful.
It needs to be stopped.

I've been in the drive thru line for 30 minutes and I can't go inside because my baby is sleeping. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Do NOT stop at this place. You're better off driving to the next town. I wish I could drive away and get my money back.

This location needs to closed it doors. People can’t spend 10-15 bucks on drinks and wait over 30 minutes. We are here now and my kids are in the store past 30 minutes. Never but Starbucks again.
If I could give this place NO STARS, I would. It's the FILTHIEST Starbucks establishment I have ever been to. Trash was full, tables were dirty and there were black Flys all over the place. There is also a 30 minute wait for beverages. This begs the question, do they have to go to the hills of Columbia to harvest coffee beans, grind them and make my coffee? I didn't order anything and just left. Gross.

Any time of day expect a minimum 20 minute wait and a staff that moves with no sense of urgency or care. Woman who appears to be a manager sitting on her computer with no care. This is not an on the go coffee shop. Floors, counters and tables all dirty.
