Chicken was over cooked and the sides were cold. The food hasn’t been very good the past few times we’ve been there.

Pot pie was dry like it was cooked once then reheated again causing crust to stick to aluminum tin pan and sauce was dried as if it was over cooked. Other food ordered was perfect.
I went thry the drive thru. They gave me a Cole slaw and mash potatoes instead of two mac and cheese. They shorted me on a chicken leg. I get home and the lady on the phone argued with me saying that they didn't short me and I would have to pay for the food if I come back thru the drive thru . She finally agreed to swap my food and give me the chicken leg. My question is are they going to re-serve the food once it was handled by us? Also, she did not apologize or have any empathy for me having to drive 12 min one way and use my gas to take the food back. Whatever happened to good customer service??

I have gotten sick from this place twice now, food is always cold ! They need to keep temp and time check on their food !!! The one in Aberdeen OhioWheelchair accessibility: Doors could be a lot more accessible for the impaired

Need I say more KFC love it plus this location also has a Taco Bell for the kiddos. Plus the guy working e drive thru had an excellent attitude.
The restaurant was clean, and the gentleman who helped me was very professional.

Everything was fantastic except for the price. I know that the prices of all restaurants have gone through the roof as of late, but KFC seems to be the frontrunner in the raising of prices. I would eat there more often if the price was in proportion to the quality of their food!
