My husband and I was greeted with Great Customer Service by Shift Supervisor Laura. The food was very good. As we were making an carryout out order, people kept coming in, which became very overwhelming for the kitchen staff. Idk exactly what the issue was, going on, but seems like the kitchen help could not keep up. Laura replaced herself from the front and went to the kitchen to help. First chicken we got was horrible dry and old cold dry and was told it just came up i said id wait the 20 mins for fresh chicken and that chicken came up very nice hot and crispy employees are not very maintained dont like their jobs

Everything was fantastic except for the price. I know that the prices of all restaurants have gone through the roof as of late, but KFC seems to be the frontrunner in the raising of prices. I would eat there more often if the price was in proportion to the quality of their food!
