Terrible customer service. I called to place a catering order for 50 box lunches. The price on the website states $7.49 per box. I was told the price is incorrect and it is in fact $9.49 per box. The assistant manager said he is unable to correct the pricing in their website and they decline those orders and customer need to call to get the pricing which makes zero sense. Extremely frustrating

The morning crew is great. The owners are nice. It's just the second shift kids get sloppy and don't listen. I'm not sure if they are mentally handicapped or not. Different vegetables get mixed in with each other. Somehow onions made it onto my sub. I'm allergic to them.

I got subway (a pickup order) for the first time and the girl who made our subs did a great job...one of the best ones we've had from any subway.. I don't know her name but she was working on 9/02/23 the open shift . We will he ordering again from this location.. Thank you

It hit or miss. Sometimes I go in and the staff is amazing and will go the extra mile to make a customer happy. Then sometimes you go in and it’s a bunch of kids, with no supervision working. They stand around on their phone and touch with their glove, then use those same glove to touch the food.
